how much was the tune and how much more power did you get
This would help me out a lot , DID your check engine light get turned off with the stage 2 IE ? I have test pipes and I’m scared it won’t
Let’s say if your around a cop driving with the crackle tune can you turn it off quickly so you don’t get pulled over, and if you do can you get a ticket or something for it. I live in New Jersey and I’m skeptical I don’t need no more tickets hahaha
its not a quick turn off but if youre not driving aggressively then you wont run into issues. The louder pops only happen over 3k. Everything under 3k is very subtle. You can change the tune every easily to the regular stage 2 at any point as long as you have your laptop.

Sorry for the late reply. There is definitely a difference in performance. Has felt a lot quicker and more torquey. Pulls a lot harder than stock. Havent done a 0-60 or 0-100 officially but I can tell you pulling on to the freeway on boost and full throttle its very fast.

I've gotten a new one since from Maxton Design. I think i currently have the v.1. I cracked it though while driving on my friends gravel driveway so i need to get a new one eventually.
Did you go to a local shop for your engine upgrades?
Most of the engine upgrades I did my self, some with the help of my friends. The only upgrade you need a shop for is the downpipe. That shit was hard af. Everything else, if you have the tools for it, you can easily do yourself.
I have this car and it came pretuned , i want a flame tune , and the tune i have sounds half as good as yours …. Is it possible to retune it ? I also have carbon buildup in my engine so the HP is significantly lower is there a way to fix this without doing an engine swap or a total engine cleaning?
I have a 2014 a5 k04 with catless downpipe and a stock exhaust with IE 93 crackle tune but I barely hear the crackles

Have you ever found a rear diffuser for the single exhaust?
There is one out there but its not my favorite. It looks to stock. Unfortunately I havent found an agressive one that works with the base A5 rear bumper. I'll likely replace the whole bumper in the future
I have been looking for ways to tune my a5 after mods, did u have it tuned and dynod at a shop or did u upgrade your ECU and flash with obd2?

you could go to a shop, I think apr stage one is 399$ rn, or you could do it from home with I.E with a cable and a windows laptop
integrated engineering is pretty solid as well. APR is also very reputable
I would love to replace the front grill. Could you provide me with a link to your grill? I can order it here in the Netherlands, but the only thing I don't know, is how I can get my Audi logo on the front. Does your grill came with a pre installed space for the logo?
Hey brotha! Its a RS5 grill I originally found it on ebay for about $100 USD at the time it came with the Audi logo but i didnt secure it properly so it fell off. Since then ive bought another one and they seem to snap on pretty easily! You can find them on ebay for the most part. I no longer have the links unfortunately.
Hey bro I have a stage 1 a5 now I wanna go stage 2 but what parts do I need to add to go stage 2?
Typically parts for full stage 2 are High flow cat/testpipe, air intake, exhaust upgrade/removing the extra muffler and resonators in the middle, intercooler (highly recommended but not technically required) , and stage 2 tune which you'll want to get if you're going to do the other upgrades so your car runs efficiently with the mods. I added the APR coilpacks (after this video) and waiting for my intercooler. Stage 3 would be k04 turbo upgrade and after that you'll probably start getting into break and transmission upgrades to handle the power. Hope that helps!

The name of the tune is Integrated Engineering I put the crackle tune on mine which isnt as bad as most people make it seem

nope, Its optional but recommended.

The Tune is from Integrated Engineering. They have pretunes on their website based on what stage your car is at. When you purchase it, it is set to your VIN only. Very straight forward tune process and all you need is a windows laptop.

Nope havent had any problems. I also only really drive it about twice a week
did you buy replacement pipes or ?
I got a flowmaster super 10 and 3" resonator that i had installed with pipes from the shop. This was a pretty low budget build but i'd highly recommend getting an actual catback from apr or magnaflow

Nope! this has the 8 speed DSG transmission! Even though its not a manual its a night and day difference in driving and power
@@vongggAre you sure its a DSG ? Sounds more like a ZF and if im not mistaken the DSG‘s ( S-tronic) only came in 6 speed
@@Amado1101 Youre completely right on this. I was mistaken because my friend always calls it the dsg farts. But it has the CVT not DSG
@@vongggI dont think its a CVT either, only FWD models had CVT’s. If its truely a quattro it should be equiped with an ordinary torque converter, which came in 8 speed.

only took 10 months to buy it but got the highflow cat. is it possible to drive at a lower rpm and get less crackles or is it always that wild lol
@@AxxysYou can run a non crackle tune if I'm not mistaken. Personally, I can't stand that sh1t on a street car and view it totally as a "ricer mod"

I agree, i've been off the crackle tune for a while now since I barely drove my car is was starting to get annoying.
