  • GLUTEN FREE AND LACTOSE FREE, EASY HEALTHY SNACK RECIPE!
    Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup instantaneous oat 360ml - 150g
    1 1/4 cup hot coconut milk 300ml - 305g
    2 ripe bananas
    2 large eggs at room temperature
    1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 2,5ml - 1,3g
    2 or 3 tbsps honey 45ml - 63g
    1 tsp baking powder 5ml - 4,8g
    It is important that you hydrate your oats with very hot coconut milk (let it soak for at least 5 minutes), before mixing with the other ingredients.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350F until golden on top and when you do the fork test, it comes out damp but NOT DIRTY (do not open the oven door before 30 minutes / oven time varies from oven to oven and depending on the size of the shape and its material)
    Attention: This is a different cake, I don't even know if it can be called a cake! And it's a little difficult to unmold, but nothing impossible.
