Obviously, the breaker drive a four numbered balls into the rails. So, that foul break rule was not necessary into that particular break (2nd rack). In some tournaments like in this video, there's additional rule such as a number of balls (most of the time 3 numbered balls) have to reach the head string. This will avoid the breaker to break very soft and create cluster of balls for his advantage or make long hour of playing time.

That is kitchen rule if your break pocketed 1 ball you need 2 balls return kitchen, 2 balls you need 1 ball return kitchen, and 3 balls pocketed you dont need any ball return kitchen, kitchen is 2 diamond where area you put the cue ball to breakm

But did you know that I have a unreliable short term memory and forgot all about your suggestion, and your 2nd reply served as a reminder to try the J,K, and L keys, which I will do almost immediately, before it slips my mind again. (tic-toc, tic-toc....) I'm back to report that the J key jumps the video back 10 seconds (the back arrow jumps it back 3 seconds), and the L key jumps the video ahead 10 seconds (the forwards arrow jumps it ahead 3 seconds). I will use the J and L keys now more than I will use the arrow keys to jump the video back or ahead, because often I want to advance it or retreat it back as much as 30 seconds. The K key has the same function as the space bar, which is to pause the video. Good to know because I'll be familiar with the J and L keys and so the K key will be there, and I'll be cognizant of it's function, whereas, I've noticed that I often forget about using the space bar key.

The players are good and that's what is good about this video. But the presenter is mediocre in terms of not being thorough and not paying attention to details. There is no running total posted after every game. How could you leave out one of the most important aspect of this game? BOOOOO!!!!

I don't know what break you're referring to, but one reason might be an illegal break, where 3 balls don't pass the headstring, or are potted, so if 2 balls were potted, but nothing else passed the headstring, that's illegal, and play switches to Efren
i suspect they must have a weird rule such that the break alternates, but kind of 'counts for nothing' regarding who shoots. efren won the previous game, the break is purely functional, then the player who had been shooting at the end of the previous game continues. reason I think this: efren won the very first game, but the opponent broke. He put in the one ball, but sat down and Efren continued to shoot. Maybe a rule that says the act of breaking is alternate, but cannot stop a previous shooters running streak??? So although E. broke dry, did he win the previous game? I would bet he did.
It's time for video coverage of billiards to improve, and commit to a more professional production. It is about having enough cameras, trained camera operators, and a director to film these games. In my opinion, the lack of professionalism is the main reason billiards is a back water sport. Plus, the announcers at these events are amateurs, who seem to forget they are broadcasting. Also, the presenters of the videos on You Tube should include some info, such as which game they are about to play and the dimensions of the pool table. I think they are playing on an 8 foot table. Why do I have to guess? There are more reasons why billiards isn't hot. In San Jose, CA, there are pool halls, and they are all in poor repair. Always, the cue sticks are caked with human grease, and the tables are mostly unused. The business people in this sport are sharp as a cue ball.
This is so refreshing, just the game no commentary and the sound of a pool hall.
