Amazing video. Just some anecdotal information I want to add: I started to ride my bike for 2 weeks now (I rarely do this) and didn't experience any ITB. However! When I was at the gym I was doing my leg exercises and I happened to be doing the "hip abduction machine". At the time I did feel some pain but I didn't realize what was happening until 1 day later when I experienced a ton of pain on my left side of my leg. So I would recommend people be careful using this machine especially when you are already biking.
I love you video and I appreciate your determination please keep on.
I pray that God almighty grants you long life so that you keep sharing you knowledg❤
6 years late I still have this pain.
Not to brag, but the first time I felt this was around 2004... 😁
Been over 10 years for me. Cant sleep without a painkiller😩
@@bokamosoorateng8789 Can you please tell me how to cure this? Have you tried anything? Thank you
@@CynDiaz Can you please tell me how to cure this? Have you tried anything? Thank you
@@DD-sx9tq I can't say I'm cured, but I try to do stretching yoga every morning. Because I can't do yoga everyday (you know how life gets on the way) I've noticed that after long periods of not doing yoga the pain starts again.
Stretch out the glute medius and pressure point it with a lacross ball. Chances are your glute med/TFL is super tight
Nice informative video. Thank you
Excellent
Thanks
The best... all my ug on your videos 📹 ❤
Have you heard of the difference between nociception and pain?
3:07 another risk is also - high impact landing (jarring it)
Quad-dry-cepts
Does not cause big swelling?
Happened to me doing jumps
Play a lot of soccer and this comes and goes, I think it’s tied to my chronic groin injury…wonder if that makes sense. BTW I can’t rest anymore, I only play 3 times a week and I’m 32 so not that old
Lol. I don't run or cycle and I have this!
Do you drive standard car? I think I have it from driving my car! Sounds crazy but I too don’t do any of those things
@@brendafaulds5100 no. I don't drive. I think I got this because my family had a small store and I used to help when I was teenagers, a lot of heavy lifting, so I guess the repetitive motion of picking things up
Mine acts up walking around Costco.
So does my wallet.
