    the "secret" ingredient I have been looking for was the powdered milk and evaporated milk instead of the various milk products in US grocery stores. This recipes pandesal reminds me of the bakery back home.

    Hello, I’m in search for the best pandesal recipes. I tried some of your desserts ones and all are easy and perfect. However when it comes to bread, weight base is more exact than cups.
    So pls can you convert the recipe to grams. Thank you and God bless.

    I love how detailed your video is compared to others - how you included info on those who knead by hand and those who use stand mixer (which I do), important tips and most importantly, the "fluffiness" test. So the pandesal was just put in an airtight and at room temperature, right? Will definitely try this. Bless you!

    I tried it, but i don't know what i did, even after 22 minutes, the top didn't turn brown. This is the 3rd time i tried baking pandesal and so far, this is the best, even though outside is hard but the inside is soft. By the way i'm from Orion too and Cherrie Cruz was the one who told me about your channel.

    • @PinoyCookingRecipesbyJanette
      @PinoyCookingRecipesbyJanette  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry to hear that. Many have tried this and so far most of them were successful.
      Could be the oven? Not sure why outside is hard and didn't brown. If it was hard, could be too much flour? I am not really sure. Glad to know you're my kababayan.

    Can too much heat affect the dough while proofing? The first batch I made was good. But for the second one, after proofing, I poked it and it is still sticky. But the size doubled and has bubbles all over. I used the oven to proofed it. I turned off the oven and let it cool off a bit after the first batch is made
