    That's a great tip at the end. I have been doing that for awhile now..and he's so right it's awesome! I like to add flyes to the superset at the end of the workout with it. Heavy dips then moderate flyes and last.. light crossovers to burn them out..

    1:37 Have I been mistaken; don't the small joints improve as you work? Equipment isn't necessary as long as you pace yourself by what your body can handle without it?

    • @fjvfbggjct5454
      @fjvfbggjct5454 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah but if youre not natural your muscles grow way faster than your joints grow stronger so you become too strong for your body to handle

    • @bodybuildingcom
      @bodybuildingcom  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Small joints do improve as you workout more however they still can have an impact on the amount that you lift.

    • @trevorwilliams3501
      @trevorwilliams3501 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@bodybuildingcom So, my focus being total body strength, I may be better off with more manageable but still heavy weight and no wraps so the small joint can develop in step with the muscle? If I were a bodybuilder, wraps would allow me to use weight that could otherwise be problematic for the small joints at their current level and focus only on muscular development? Not trolling. Trying to get it.

    This channel has a SEVERE lack of female bodybuilder representation. There are a lot of women that like to lift heavy and actually gain muscle. It sucks that they are not shown here on one of the most visible platforms for the culture. Please consider doing these high quality videos with Wings of strength competitors. Those women have oodles of experience and knowledge to share. We ALL can benefit from that.
