awesome! good to see an updated video, the old 30minute video that you been posting for ppl to figure this out was wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too long! and confusing.
Couple other GUYS also asked: there was no comment on "if your zero'd out V isn't near 0.400 to manually adjust the tps". Is that correct?? Thanks for your efforts Mike
Hello Mike. I just zeroed my TPS following your video. Then at the end it says to contact you if you are setting your tps and have the RX-1. I have the RX-1 Pro in my 2017 KTM 500 EXC-f. Is the procedure different?
This is what I struggled with I’ve tried both methods the one you performed in the video and also setting proper idle first and then setting zero tps it makes more sense to me to have the idle set prior to setting zero tps so that the get doesn’t think it’s at 4 percent 5 percent throttle regardless of the position of the butterfly if the get thinks your throttle is at 4 percent it seems to cause weird off throttle response for me personally and rough idle conditions
@@scottforti3194Did you end up figuring out what method to use? I’ve used the method in this video countless times and still have a starting issue with my SX1. Just got the ECU and losing my mind spending $1300 for it to have issues
@@SC-ui8dh zero out the throttle body ie: back the idle adjuster screw all the way until it has zero influence in the butterfly then set zero tps then set idle to around 2k rpm
Hello! I do this method at my Gasgas Ec350f 2023 and get 0,327v at fully closed. And at 0,530v i have 3% tps. But when i’m reving it up fast it bogs and dies. Why?
@@TACOMOTOCO thank Mike! Love it because I have a 2019 500, and you have loosen the throttle body and rotate it o get to the TPS screws. This looks way easier.
th-cam.com/video/61ionOxJlfo/w-d-xo.html hello Mike. but in this video you explaining differently how to calibrate ecu.. or this is something different? the video link on top is your older video with diferent explanation how to calibrate thank you
@@sonicsonic6467same brother same went through the same thing in Mike’s original video he says to do the exact opposite of this and tells you just zero it out and make sure close throttle says zero and full is 100
Thanks Mike! Very nice vid! Going to have to get (or build) the dongle and check the Five Hundo! Cheers from Montana!
Thanks for making this (and for helping me over email)! Hadn't seen anyone else talk about this on TH-cam.

Good comment. Plan on more 3-5min tech videos coming soon!!

Im guessimg you can do this procedure with the bike turned on. You need the dongle or the bike stalls correct?

Follow this procedure 👌🏽🏁👌🏽
I did and like I said doing the method instructed caused rough idle

Mike, is this in addition to, or as a replacement for the TPS adjustment procedure using a volt meter and physically adjusting the sensor?
This is how you’d do it on a GET ecu

Is this the same procedure for the 2 stroke tpi bikes?
This work on rc 390 2016

This is the ideal procedure on a KTM with a two knob throttle body and a GET ecu 🤘🏽🤘🏽
