How to easily tighten Harmonic balancer without special tools.

In this video I am tightening my vibration dampener bolts with a method that allows for no special tools. Normal procedure calls for a engine barring tool to keep the damper in place.
This is a 1993 dodge W250 5.9L turbo diesel, there are 4 bolts that go into the crankshaft. The front vibration dampener bolts have a torque Spec of 125ft-Lbs.
