How to easily tighten Harmonic balancer without special tools.
In this video I am tightening my vibration dampener bolts with a method that allows for no special tools. Normal procedure calls for a engine barring tool to keep the damper in place.
This is a 1993 dodge W250 5.9L turbo diesel, there are 4 bolts that go into the crankshaft. The front vibration dampener bolts have a torque Spec of 125ft-Lbs.

I am working on 25 consecutive pull ups. I did 16 pull ups without kipping and going the full range of motion. Update: I am at 17-18 pull ups.

You need my fix bubba jb steel weld putty in the middle wrap with aluminum wrap with wire it will last longer than you own the car
I have a ford 3.9 v6...same headers with no donut gasket...can't fix the leak...thinking about this or the high temperature gasket rtv...did your fix hold up?
I tried the high temp RTV as well but I couldn’t get that to seal. Mine has held up really well. I did switch to the remflex exhaust material and used the same process

I have a 2004 mustang 3.9 v6...do all cars exhaust have these donut gaskets at where the manifold meets that downpipe? @fishiniseasy
@@macknumber9 from what I understand there is no gasket originally so that the connection can move around since the engine moves. I couldn’t ever get mine to seal and not have an exhaust leak so I made gaskets since there is it any made specifically for this. You can also make your gasket from exhaust gasket sheet. I used remflex off Amazon and haven’t had any issues. Take your time when making the gaskets and they will work good

Genius. I have to make a gasket between the rear cat flange and resonator flange. This should do the trick. Thanks for the video. Hope it worked for you.

not considered strict pullups. That's essentially poor form. Look at how far your lower body comes forward. Keep it directly underneath.
