    You make a great point on the negative aspect. People focus on the positive aspects and chase that goal. But the attention to the consistent negative actions and the compound impact is eye opening. Like consistently drinking alcohol, and eating sweets every weekend. Doesn’t seem bad… but after 10 years can be scary.

      Yeah I been there for me it was cigarettes, alcohol and fast food. I was way unhealthier in my 20’s than now.
