I love Gennaro and his simple delicious recipes. I think the Cameraman or the director has to tell him to clean and trim his nails since they are using an HD camera. The chef himself might not have noticed it but the powerful HD cameras nowadays are able to capture every single details.

This is because its the auto CC which uses voice recognition. It doesn't work well with accents.
