Any brake specialist would be able to reline shoes with non asbestos materials. They may also supply springs to pattern. I also put a smear of grease on all contact surfaces, ie, where shoes fit in top/bottom and on pivots.
The challenge is finding the brake specialist. I couldn't at the time so had to make do with what I could source. The shoes are easy to get usually, even in non-asbestos form, but since I already had these and they're pretty self-contained it made sense to use them in this instance and save the cost.
Best tool for fitting the springs is a bent hook made from welding wire. That way you can pull it without slipping as using pliers.
