A great interior…..but a BIG mistake was the shower that one can hardly move around in. It’s so small the owner had to admit he had to clean it every time he showered.
Surprised that neither one of them had a coniption when that balastraude was tight and Kevin started banging on it to get it into position... wouldn't that have damaged the painted walls or the plaster work? And what a dumb idea for a shower stall with a long window in it, that looks down onto the living space
The mistake that people make with 'Modern' is too much steel, too many cold/hard surfaces. For it to REALLY work, you need COLOUR, you need WOOD (which softens) and you need really interesting Art work/Paintings. I know that their space is really new and they probably need time to figure it out... and the PLANTS are a great idea! I'd put more and even larger (although, they WILL grow, with all that lovely light!!). The other trick, is to mix really beautiful old pieces, antiques, in with the new. Otherwise, it just looks 'BOUGHT' ... and completely lacking in character. Great mistake to NOT have a fireplace. At the very end, you really see the wooden floors (looking down) and I must say, that helps warm it up.

Love the series wish it were possible to keep track of which episode watched
And... ALL the technology ... NOW... completely redundant ... All £6000 of it. "Hmmm...."
Attention to detail 😅😅😅; attention to workers’/builders’ safety 😢😢😢
the stairs are jarring. a circular one would have been better, one also made of steel... but the house is certainly stunning...

Too severe, too industrial.
