I was going for Creta Diesel and Seltos and was finalized almost due to fun driving experience .I am user of Estilo Dezire and Fronx. Accidentally i reached Kushaq showroom and when i drove this car i felt i never ever driven such a wonderful car. Also music to bas kya hi bole. Tomorrow i am taking delivery of my Kushaq.
I drive karoq, polo gti and polo gt tsi, had rapid diesel as well in the past and can vouch for cars with 4 cylinders if budget permits, we have kushaq 1 L as well in the family and the roughness of engine and lack of power on highways is quite evident.
i really don't understand why the craze behind the sunroof. the variant i liked the most was sportline and i could have booked it but just becoz of the sunroof i had to change my mind for signature. :( Its sad that brands are forcing sunroof on us!

Bro one thing, kylaq is new, and kushaq is tried and tested product, I mean there are always some issues with a newly launched car which show up later down the line. In that sense will it be better to get a kushaq than kylaq? Or we can trust skoda that much that it will be a close to perfect car...??
@@AmitKumar-yv1ux bhai your point is right, same happened at the time, when kushaq was launched. they had some technical issues but Skoda is a reputed brand, hence they called back all the vehicles and fixed the issue, so you can trust skoda. coming to kylaq, well it is exactly kushaq just with a smaller wheel base. so i dont think there will be any other issue in it, since kushaq is a tested product

@@jumpstartwithsushant6677 it will be 2-3k costlier than maruti for sure. but again this car offers more reliability in comparison with tata or Mahindra. tata cars are seen more in service centre than on roads, driving pleasure of skoda is amazing, hence i guess you have to pay a little premium on repair cost, but again it doesn’t happen on daily basis.

If you are driving mostly in Bangalore traffic don't go for the manual variant the clutch is hard and the engine strains a lot to give the initial pick up before 1800 rpm and in effect it affects the mileage also...as a manual variant owner I suggest go for manual variant only if you have less than 30 percent driving inside City and more than 70 percent on highway....in highway it's a gem man....but in one to two gear driving mode it's a pain for sure....

bhai I have tried both the cars, kushaq is more fun to ride, kia sonet will give you maurti feel when you will drive, so i suggest go with kushaq base, since it comes with 5 star safety also, take a test drive of both. you will see the difference
Today I visited Hyd Skoda showroom for Kushaq monte carlo 1.0 AT. There are only discounts like corporate discount and exchange bonus. I am not eligible for both of them. Apart from that they offered 20k showroom discount. I don't think they are offering any huge discounts.

@@yashgupta1633 hello sir, it’s a good car, it’s basically a mini kushaq. mileage is good since the weight is less as compared to kushaq, both share same engine, as of now am getting 13-15kmpl in kushaq. so you can easily get same or more depending your driving style. car is pretty much reliable, so far i haven’t experienced anything negative in kushaq, its a global brand with good cars. sir, instead of getting straight away cash discount, you can negotiate and can avail free 4 years service package along with free ceremic coating and accessories. i don’t think initially they will offer cash discount, wait for couple of months maybe, or try kushaq base variant. Am 100% sure they will give you huge discount on it. since its year end as well. kylaq will come close to 9.25-9.5L on road and kushaq you can get around for 10.5-11L on road base variant. so try both, and see if yiu can bring down the price of kushaq, then i suggest go with that one, since it has more space.

kushaq 1.5 tsi has ACT (active cilender technology) in which 2 cilendars automatically off on highway. (Or in some conditions) which increases the mileage.

@@RS-dr1kl brother, now skoda is offering 4 years service package for around 25k. so basically it will cost you around 6k per year. which is close to what korean and indian brands are offering. also post that service interval is 15000km or 1 year, so it will be more or less the same on your pocket. now coming to long term usage, even i intend to keep this with for next 7-8 years, have already used it for almost 2.5 years. without any doubt, this car was one the best decision of my life.

bro, ac is good, but yes milege of fronx is better, because it is tin ka dabba. it is quite light as compared to this, i have a maruti car also, trust me maruti doesn’t stand anyway close to skoda. It is a premium brand hence you have to make some adjustments in terms of mileage as it offers better safety and premiumness in terms of maruti.

i am also from pune I have 1.5 DSG and mileage in city is 12 to 13 even in traffic , without traffic it is 15, On the Highway if you use mostly cruse control it will give you 18 to 19 Kmpl. Completed 12k km in 12 month.

if you want a biggr vehicle, i suggest go with kushaq, you will get it at a very good price right now, if you are okay with sub4 metre. kylaq is a good optoon, you will save 3-4 lakhs also

@ yeah I also saw, I guess he doesn’t have skoda kushaq. i have been using from last 2.5 years. It gives around 13-15kmpl in city. if you go on highways it will give you close to 20-22kmpl. Also a lot depends on the way you drive, I usually keep my speed in check and drive with light acceleration. if you want more mileage on the same, I suggest you can add Cng as well but only if you have 50km running on daily basis.

sir both are same cars only, it just cosmetics difference. so it’s entirely upto you, since looks are subjective. I personally took both cars test drive, both are same in terms of features and driving dynamics. i personally like kushaq looks over taigun.

If you are driving mostly in Bangalore traffic don't go for the manual variant the clutch is hard and the engine strains a lot to give the initial pick up before 1800 rpm and in effect it affects the mileage also...as a manual variant owner I suggest go for manual variant only if you have less than 30 percent driving inside City and more than 70 percent on highway....in highway it's a gem man....but in one to two gear driving mode it's a pain for sure....

Today I visited Hyd Skoda showroom for Kushaq monte carlo 1.0 AT. There are only discounts like corporate discount and exchange bonus. I am not eligible for both of them. Apart from that they offered 20k showroom discount. I don't think they are offering any huge discounts.

bro get on a call with patparganj team, they are offering discount also check with aryaveer skoda in moti nagar. you have to play smart, insurance bahar se lena, you can easily save 30k minimum, and baaki take quotation from one dealer and show it to another, everyone wants to sell their vehicle now since it is year end, don’t shy away from negotiating. ask for free service package

@@yashgupta1633 hello sir, it’s a good car, it’s basically a mini kushaq. mileage is good since the weight is less as compared to kushaq, both share same engine, as of now am getting 13-15kmpl in kushaq. so you can easily get same or more depending your driving style. car is pretty much reliable, so far i haven’t experienced anything negative in kushaq, its a global brand with good cars. sir, instead of getting straight away cash discount, you can negotiate and can avail free 4 years service package along with free ceremic coating and accessories.
i don’t think initially they will offer cash discount, wait for couple of months maybe, or try kushaq base variant. Am 100% sure they will give you huge discount on it. since its year end as well.
kylaq will come close to 9.25-9.5L on road and kushaq you can get around for 10.5-11L on road base variant. so try both, and see if yiu can bring down the price of kushaq, then i suggest go with that one, since it has more space.

so basically it will cost you around 6k per year. which is close to what korean and indian brands are offering. also post that service interval is 15000km or 1 year, so it will be more or less the same on your pocket. now coming to long term usage, even i intend to keep this with for next 7-8 years, have already used it for almost 2.5 years. without any doubt, this car was one the best decision of my life.
Once Kylaq varient detailes revealed, People will find Kushaq base models more VFM

yes you can, but as per my user experience, 5th gear is better for 90or above speed. no it will not damage your engine or clutch. don’t worry

bro, ac is good, but yes milege of fronx is better, because it is tin ka dabba. it is quite light as compared to this, i have a maruti car also, trust me maruti doesn’t stand anyway close to skoda. It is a premium brand hence you have to make some adjustments in terms of mileage as it offers better safety and premiumness in terms of maruti.

i am also from pune I have 1.5 DSG and mileage in city is 12 to 13 even in traffic , without traffic it is 15, On the Highway if you use mostly cruse control it will give you 18 to 19 Kmpl. Completed 12k km in 12 month.

if you want a biggr vehicle, i suggest go with kushaq, you will get it at a very good price right now, if you are okay with sub4 metre. kylaq is a good optoon, you will save 3-4 lakhs also

@ yeah I also saw, I guess he doesn’t have skoda kushaq. i have been using from last 2.5 years. It gives around 13-15kmpl in city. if you go on highways it will give you close to 20-22kmpl. Also a lot depends on the way you drive, I usually keep my speed in check and drive with light acceleration. if you want more mileage on the same, I suggest you can add Cng as well but only if you have 50km running on daily basis.

sir both are same cars only, it just cosmetics difference. so it’s entirely upto you, since looks are subjective. I personally took both cars test drive, both are same in terms of features and driving dynamics. i personally like kushaq looks over taigun.
