    This is the Easiest yoga video I’ve followed on TH-cam! Challenging, but not too much, explanations are clear AND WITHOUT that annoying I’m so open minded hippy voice that’s meant to calm you drives you mad because they sound pretentious and patronizing as hell!

    Hi Dean, is there any specific yoga for lower back to help reverse osteopenia?

    Great movements, I just prefer less talking... yoga should also be about breathing and getting in touch with your spirit, not just listening to the Yogi yammer on throughout each movement.

      Thank you for the feedback. This is Man Flow Yoga, which is different than traditional yoga, so the instructions are kind of necessary. Especially since this isn't in person or in a studio.
