This is thanks to the modded Minecraft community, new Minecraft updates, Minecraft merchandise and spin-offs like Minecraft Dungeons, and of course, the fact that Minecraft is really unique and can be played a number of different ways.

As an mc youtuber my self, there is so many different paths from tutoriala to modpacks to servers to vr minecraft to simple single player. Its insane, although it has been a bit harder to grow off the bigger servers like hypixel

As a fairly successful MC TH-camr, my #1 tip to succeed as a new content creator in 2020 is to become the #1 player on a MC server, and slowly get TH-cam ranks on servers and grow off their communities. Best of luck, guys.

Making an mc channel is very difficult as there is so much content surrounding the game but if u stick with it consistently im sure we can all get somewhere
I remember when I first played minecraft pe, it was 0.4, even if i didn't know how to do anything, i still did enjoy it!

Geez, I can't even remember how long I've been playing, must be at least 7 years. I love this game, and also make content on it, this video really caught my eye because of it and if there's one thing I might add, its that getting "discovered" really means becoming better at the game and thinking up something new and exciting. As long as it is original it will gain at least some traction.

I discovered pocket edition minecraft in 2009, that was the first version of minecraft I played. And yes I played pocket edition in 2009, that's when the game came out, and if you don't believe me, I remember it, if you still don't believe these true facts, change my mind.

I started playing in 2013 Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition and I consider myself to be a bit of an architect as I enjoy creative mode very much. I still like to try my luck and survive the night. However, on the recent console updates the rarity of blacksmiths in villages makes it harder for me as I rely on the loot as my bonus chest so to speak.

been playing MC since 2012, from being 12yrs old to now 20
I saw my son playing Minecraft in 2000 and thought it looked interesting so I bought it for myself. I've played it pretty much ever since and for many years just on single player because I honestly thought multi-player was all PvP and I didn't want my builds destroyed! Around 7 years ago I joined the server my son played on and haven't left. Eventually he left (best admin ever!) and I was asked to become a builder and then a moderator and now I'm finally admin. How often does a mum replace her son in a job?
I have a 14 yr old grandson who has stopped playing minecraft and a 5 year old grandson who is so excited to have just discovered it! Long live Minecraft!
Oh and finally - why did I watch this? I'm creating quests on our server but find a lot of the info hard to follow for an old lady and there are very few videos that are actually helpful so, to aid my memory in my old age I want to record tutorial videos for some of the complex plug-ins we're using.

I started minecraft in 2013, on my mom's phone, I enjoyed it. I remember when I saw PE I called it minecraft physical education edition. I'm 13, turning 14 in a few months now and started playing Minecraft on pc about 7 months ago. I started JAVA before 1.16, soo I'm not so new. Of course redstone is harder, but I play fine. I want to make a YT channel that does gaming, and I wanted minecraft what I played the most.

I discovered Minecraft when around 2010-2013 when my uncle showed Java Edition to me. I then went home and installed Pocket Edition on my tablet. Nowadays I typically sweat on PVP servers, but the magic behind the game hasn't changed.

Well I would say maybe at least test it first. Perhaps Pokemon and Animal Crossing have more overlap then you would assume? They're both Nintendo and I know in my personal friend circles, all of my Animal Crossing friends also enjoy Pokemon.
I'd make at least one or two videos on the other game and just see how they do. Maybe decide from there?
Managing multiple channels can be really taxing, is all. You may find that splitting your focus that much becomes really challenging with regards to your creativity. I know it was for me. Good luck though!

I have been playing minecraft for about 9 years, I belive. My personal opinion is that I really feel like minecraft channels still have a lot of potential as new things gets added to the game once in a while, and every big update in minecraft is a HUGE deal for the minecraft community. For minecraft youtubers out there, I literally have a book full of advices, but the best one would be: Don't constantly think about what you HAVE covered, but what you haven't covered.
It is definitely not too late! Are there lots of Minecraft channels? Absolutely. But if you have a unique, and catchy Minecraft channel concept there is no doubt you CAN still achieve your TH-cam dreams!

I have actually been playing Minecraft since 2012… Iv seen Minecraft evolve into something I thought wasn’t possible. Minecraft isn’t just a sandbox game, it’s a game that allows you to do what you want and to use your imagination with friends or by yourself. Minecraft has really went a long way since then. It’s now almost 2024 and I still play Minecraft. A true masterpiece.

Honestly I just enjoy sitting around and making videos, so if I can do that with Minecraft I will!
I've been playing Minecraft for only 4 months and the amount of TH-cam videos I've watched is really helping.
I say if you've been playing Minecraft for a long, long time you should share your gameplay with other people on TH-cam. Even if it's something small like a few facts about lilly pads in Minecraft. There is a channel that makes videos about block facts. You can make small house tutorials. Grian has been doing building for years and it got him succesful. Redstone engineering is not easy so if you know it, make videos on it. Mumbo Jumbo is a good example. Make a survival/hardcore series. DanTDM's Hardcore series blew up on TH-cam. Do a survival/hardcore 100 to 1000 days documentary type videos. LukeTheNotable did it and it spawned a ton of content like that and all of it is getting a lot of popularity. Minigames are perfect. Speedruns. Even if you aren't good at them, you can have fun with your viewers while doing them. Do update logs. 1.17 is blowing up in popularity and you can rewiew what we have so far. The content is infinite, so you can do it, and you WILL succeed in it. Even if you don't think you will, remember, anythin's possible.
To answer your question, I don't know when I started Minecraft. I remember watching PopularMMO's back when I was really young. I used to play on my grandma's iPad when I was younger. I think I started playing around 2015 or 2016. I don't know truly. All I know is that Minecraft truly started my gaming addiction.

9 years… discovered Minecraft on my older brothers xbox360 in 2013. I remember getting stuck on the tu11 tutorial
