Heya! I was the one to develop the first game, and yeah, it's pretty much it! The entire world generation was made around the wave created because I wanted to mess around with a feature in GameMaker called "animation curves", and it looked like the perfect opportunity (I admit it's not the best method tho)
The first game could literally end up being a hit if you keep working on it. Like adding mini ppl who are artificially smart that can build, explore and make things. They’re purpose is to basically evolve and as they build they learn with mini ppl having different traits and creating new occupations and the world slowly evolves and becomes more and more mordern. The mini ppl have thoughts of their one and basically free will so they’ll do things like steal, murder or help, and do good deeds. Just my take on it, I really think it has the potential to turn into a great game. I have many ideas so hit me up if you ever plan on expanding in the game🙄

He even stated that they weren't complete, but could be good starters for an actual project. He didn't say they had to be fully complete games.

Hello! I was the one developer to make Totally Not Minecraft It was a "do your best in this timeline". We had around a week or so to make the games, and he specified that the concept of remaking Minecraft was subjective and we could just use our imagination to do something close to it, with a twist if we wanted to

Except you don't do that much progress so fast and for this cheap, not without downloading the project and changing some textures, one of the reasons I'm never going to make an open source game, people will steal it and sell it as their own.
