As low as your car is in the front, I would still roll that car up on some 2x6’s or 2x8’s s if you let it down and it happens to drop really quick you don’t damage your car. Good video. Looking to purchase this jack and I needed to see that long reach comparison. Thanks. Be safe.
Exactly what I needed! I was debating on the LPLR or the super duty but i think I am going to get this because I need to lift in a very similar spot. Thank you for the video!!
Man, thanks a ton for this. I have a 2013 Rover and wife’s got 2016 and I’ve been using the red low profile for a while and now i feel better about the extended reach because for rovers it has you change suspension height to off road which makes it tougher for the low profile to get up to and get off the ground high enough more than tire off ground a few inches so this is awesome! Thanks !
I just purchased the Daytona but not the long reach. Its heavy enough the shorter one. My girlfriends car is low but i will just use planks or something. I also purchased the protection plan as ive seen the pistons get stuck. Cant wait to use it.
@@chasen432 It's the low profile, long reach 3-ton model. It lifts about 24" high, which is huge compared to the 18" max of my smaller jack. I need the extra height for my Kwiklift, so I will keep it. I just wish it lifted a bit quicker and wasn't so heavy.

@beardedreviews I'm going to disagree here. The super Duty is the one snap on sued HF over, it has a 3 yr warranty. The long reach has a 90 day warranty. IMO, the superduty is more than just fancy paint, it's superior built.
This is the comparison that I needed and had not been able to find. Thanks!
yea no problem, glad it was helpful
Thanks for the comparison. I have been debating on which one to purchase. I need one of each 😅😂

All jacks and jack stands 15% off for inside track club members this weekend. Just picked one up this morning
You made up my mine. I need the long reach low profile jack. Very good video. Thanks brother! 👍
glad you liked it man!! They really are cool jacks!
Perfect man was looking for a video like this to make a decision

Yea the long reach is definitely your answer for those!! Glad I could help
I drive mine onto planks then jack it up
Yea that's one way you could do it for sure!!
Bought one this weekend. Think I'm going to love it.
They're great!!

they're both great jacks
I just bought one. It's damn heavy. And it lifts really slowly. I haven't decided if I'll keep it.
@glennr9913 Which model are you referring too and what did you end up doing?

Know that is an old one. But thanks for the comparison
In the low profile one lighter in weight?
Awsome video I almost buy the wrong one
glad it was helpful!!
I have the long reach one! An Holy Cow it's heavy 😳
yea it's a tank !
That's good and not a Jack to carry around
I know…having to replace my long reach with another one…but I’m hesitant because of the weight and storage
Does the long reach have grease fittings around the wheels?
Just buy some Jack pucks jack it up on the side where you're supposed to then put the jack stand under that support beam
....or buy one jack instead of multiple?
Sold me ima go buy one now
Why not jack it on the pinch welds? Thank you for not showing exposed toes!
They will bent over and flatten the weld
@@mustangdemon87 Not when you use the correct pinch weld pucks.

Isn’t that a jacking point about halfway in towards the subframe?
It might be but I always go for frame or k-member or rear diff.
Thank you very much
Good video and great comparison
glad it was helpful!
is the "regular one" the same at the metallic one? the one that has flake in the paint
yea those just have fancy paint

Much Appreciated

Great video !!
