  • A wonderful cottage style property in the centre of Andalucia.
    This house is located in a delightful street on a hill with views. There is parking is just 20 metres away in the little square below.
    If it's outside space that you are looking for then this has a front terrace, back terrace, roof terrace AND garden.
    The ground floor consists of living room (as you enter), dining room, kitchen, small office area and bathroom then back terrace.
    The first floor has two double bedrooms and large bathroom off one of the bedrooms. The corridor leads to the roof terrace.
    The village of CASTIL DE CAMPOS has all of the amenities you need to not leave till you need a big supermarket shop in PRIEGO DE CÓRDOBA every week or two. In the village itself there are two shops, a pharmacy, three bars, bakery, doctors, village hall, picnic areas and outdoor pool in progress.

    It is what it is. I don't find it costly for what you'll get. They talk about measurements 142 sq metres but that is all bits and pieces counted together. What is legally utmost complex in such a constellation is that you have neighbors allover. That is good if you do not change structures and if you come along with all your neigbors. Good for a couple with maybe one kid.

      @@londonbabe2467 A purchase cost of a house depends from region to region (community provincial and federal taxes , fees for the ssollicitor (you do not need a private sollicitor, The realty works together with a local notary who is an official and mostly a lawyer too. His task is to check if the good is good to sell, if the description of the good is ok ( there are no vice unknown servitides nor elements that make you only half an woner) and to register the good on your name in the housing register. He garantees your valid property title and has to be paid for his services. If I wear to buy it I would count 11% on the sales price ie 60.000 euros plus 11 % is 66,600 euros for notary and registration costs. Then you will be obliged to insure your property against damage to third parties due to fire or nuissance and you will be recommended to take a personal liiability insurance on top because not all damage caused in relation to a house is covered by your fire insurance. . That will cost together around 1500 euros a year in fees. Then, it depends also from region to region, you'll have to pay a yearly house tax.This tax is based of the income you could generate when renting that house out. That will sit around 800 euros each year. If you lend money in Spain to finance your house then you can bring that in in your personal income. It hauls down your personal income taxes. But when you are not married the effect on your personal income tax will be less. The day when your loan will be paid off, a year later the taxman will come around and ask you 2000 to 25000 taxes on top of your regular tax amount. The year after you won't pay that extra amount anymore. Remember that on each purchase a legal mortgage is iincluded. This is important when you have a business. Suppose you buy that house and then much later you will go broke afterwards. Technically a mortgage from which you have never heard stands open for creditors like the bank itself during 10 years. To lift that morgtage just after you have paid off your loan will cost you another 900 euros. Por Favorrr ! Olé

Contact the noray and ask how much on a 60000 house sale is added in taxes and registration costs. Contact an insurance company and ask a proposal for a fire an d libality insurance for a house of a 60000 euros value with or without funiture....Done baby
