I just made these dessert cheesecake bars yesterday, they are fantastic. Topped with dark chocolate chips for ganache because I couldn't find semi-sweet chocolate chips. Kept in refrigerator overnight and couldn't be more pleased how they turned out. Thanks again Sam for another winner.
Goodness gracious these came out good. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of adding a healthy pinch of coarse sea salt to the graham cracker crust. 👌🏼

I've made this 4 times 😊 double batch each time. Awesome cheesecake, easy to make, crowd pleaser. ❤ I did, however, use white chicolate instead. Due to less cocoa butter content (apparently), the ganache is more runny, like a thick glaze. Wonderful. Thank you!
I made these and they were so easy, delicious, silky, creamy, light, not over dense or chalky at all! My gang loved them! I started checking for doneness at 25 min, came out great at 34 min. Thank you! This is going on our rotation, will be great for potluck and holidays. The hardest part by far is being patient :)

I made these and I chose not to make the ganache. The texture of the cheesecake was smooth, creamy and perfect. The graham cracker crust was delicious and I think the brown sugar addition made it better than traditional graham cracker crust. I could have eaten the whole pan it was that good.

Love, love, love it except for the chocolate topping. I wish people used a caramel sauce more, even though it’s harder to make. Chocolate is just overdone online and everywhere! I want to try these. Thanks for sharing them.
Awesome looks delicious, the only problem I am highly allergic to eggs. Makes me break out in hives, or my throat will close. Would like to see someone try to make it with a egg substitute. I would love to be able to try your recipes. Keep a eye encase you do something without eggs. 🤗🙏🏾🥰🥰
The Ganache can I use Bakers Chocolate either dark or regular. The chocolate you used is that a special baking chocolate? I’ll look for it here in Canada. I live the parchment paper idea and your cheesecake didn’t crack. You didn’t add water to make a water bath or add flour to prevent cracking. My biggest problem is knowing when cheesecake is done. My oven may be different than yours. I’ll look out for the giggly in the centre. Very nice and you made it simple.
Mine is in the oven now. I made a shortbread crust with desiccated coconut in it instead of the traditional graham cracker (which I'm not really a fan of). Since I only had an 8 inch pan I just took some of the batter out to make a couple mini cheesecakes with skor bits in it. Fingers crossed they all turn out!
Everytime you edit in the sad music with the kitchen aid I chuckle; it will never get old lol. Love the channel, and can’t wait to try these!

If you have silicon popsicle moulds, that are oven safe, you could probably do it, but without the Graham cracker crust.

Try adding 1/4 cup of melted peanut butter to the genach before pouring the warm cream.
