Phenomenal video!! House for a family-not an investor! I appreciate that you tell us the upgrades and that we can expect additional costs. (Love the refrigerator-have almost the same one in my current home.) You show not only the home but also the builder by going into the garage and giving us a sneek peak at the floorplans and design color options. Just trying to wrap my head around the expense of the homes in FL for the size my family needs. (Just spent almost 10k in new kitchen countertops in my current home to sell in the near future to turn around and spend half a million dollars on a house in FL with contractor grade interior is blowing my mind. 😮) This is a nice floorplan. I would add a buffet with cabinets across from the dining area. Barn door or pocket door for master bath and the bed/bath in the front. Totally relate to the IKEA thing😂😂😂😂! I appreciate that you dress professionally for these videos as well. I know it is FL, and it is construction, but I will be selling my house, moving to FL, and buying nearly a half a million dollar home (more than a million after 30 yr of mortgage payments....😢) it is refreshing to watch someone with a professional business attitude. Great job, Alexis! This video is well done ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊 and I really like the floorplan. I appreciate the map insert and the local community information. It would be great to go to your website and have a list of additional options to look for in new home construction: pocket doors, refrigerator, cabinet updrades, garage door openers, extra electrical outlets, outdoor kitchen connections, etc.) Thank you for an awesome video!
