Good review, no unecessary walkarounds, music intro, speeding form 0 to 100...Like it. Finally a good calm to the point review. Im not very particular but need good power, have GIxxer 250/Apache 200 RTR on shortlist after trying almost every bike between 150 cc to 400 cc. Im a little tall at 6 feet, so feel Apache may be cramped
Thank you! It’s best to take a test ride to see what suits you better. I have installed risers on my SF 250 recently and this has definitely bettered comfort.
I have the exact same variant. Never was on my list of options either but as soon as I test rode it, I knew it was the one! 1 year down the line I've only gotten attached more to it. Such a terrific machine!!
I too bought SF 250 matt black, currently hunting every bike on the road I have driven it approximately 2000 km here are some pros and cons Pros 1-superior power delivery, smooth engine, literally you can beat any bike in this cc segment eats R15 pulser in lunch 2-poster on a long ride does not stress you out 3-very low maintenance 4-Eye catching bike as it is rare in road people keeps on eyes on me on a red light, remember when a R15 gue approached me asked which bike is this I said sf 250 from Suzuki he said mast h Bhai y kab me nikal di lol 5-pillion comfort unlike R15 and RC in this pillion can easily feel comfortable in a long ride 6-Does do not heat a bit never seen it fans got turned on in traffic Cons 1. worst service you will get from Suzuki service center you will feel like govt office whenever you will visit them 2. windshield in the city it does not bother at much but on the highway, you will get lots of windblast 3. its horn because it is fast you can easily overtake anyone but people do not give you side just by thinking that some 100cc bike is making horn behind it but what they less know they are making beast delay for its journey
Thank you for sharing your comprehensive user experience, It’s much appreciated. True, it’s great to ride and and can overtake most motorcycles on our roads without breaking a sweat. The service experience depends on the service centre, try and see if you can find a service centre that is supportive. Even if slightly distant, it will be worth it. Windshield could have been better. A suitable horn for this bike by Suzuki would be much appreciated. I personally use my revs to get people to move out of the way. Although I don’t suggest this, It works better in most cases. Overall it’s a great motorcycle to own. Enjoy your bike. Happy riding!
I'm very happy to say that I'm the proud owner of the 100th year anniversary colour option bike. This is a perfect all rounder machine ride in city and also on highways for touring. It's just a head turner machine. Everyone once make a look into this machine. It also deliver a decent milage around 35 kmpl average. It's oil cooler just work like a liquid cooler. Here oil is used instead of coolent and it also has a radiator fan which was activated when oil temperature goes high. The radiator fan blows air on radiator Chembur when oil getting high temperature. It's only activated when it needed. Some of time in extreme summer in city it may activated very slowly to keep the engine cool. But when oil temperature goes too high then the radiator fan blows very fast for 1 or 2 minutes and you can hear the radiator fan sounds from outside. Its just a perfect all rounder machine. It's cheap to maintain instead of KTM or Husqvarna but expensive from Bajaj d250 or yahama. Here I will not include the n250 or f 250.
I have the same bike its worth of money with small cons but many pros Pros 1 rocket speed dominant pickup 2 comfortable plus power complete package 3 head lights bright enough tail is unique 4 instrumental console is easy to read in highspeed 5 midrange performamce is smooth Cons 1 visor is small I replaced with aftermarket 2 rear brake is bad front brake is ok 3 mirror is wide in traffic its difficult 4 bad horn 5 footrest position is very low its dragging while cornering Over all its a good value for money and am very proud of my machine
Congrats on your new motorcycle. I too own the same in metallic triton blue. bought it from cbe around 3 months ago. Still riding it. The engine is not as smooth as the r15. The seat, though looks cool isn’t comfy either. Ive ridden few times to coimbatore and ooty and those seats never let me sit relaxed and pushes to towards the fuel tank always. The metal surface treatment isn’t excellent I would say because I’ve noticed some rust here and there. Now noticing some clutch clatter at idle. But this is common in some motorcycles. The performance of the engine is good for the price at which it is offered. Rear brakes are average. But the killer looks and cheap maintenance are so soothing and the efficiency is quite good as well. That’s why I bought it. Btw waiting for your full review.

Looking to buy a quarter liter...i am worried about the after sales of Suzuki.... probably will go with fz250...good after sales support and great engine
Bike is awesome. But after sales service is pathetic😔 Although i have no regrets buying the matt black gixxy 😌👍🏻 Fun to drive, great stability, smooth and linear power delievery by engine and butter smooth riding till 6k rpm, surprisingly offers good mileage (36kmpl average)🥰, doesn't look good in images to me when i looked back then i first saw it... but it really is very appealing and eye catchy IRL especially the triton blue and moto gp edition! 😍 Downside:- 1)small visor 2) after sales service👎 3) sound of horn is low as for 250cc *Last (not a con)* 4) pillion seat is ok ok, could have been better like CBR one.🙌
lovely video i too had yamaha RXG bought it for myself in 2004 when i was in class 9th 😆 it was a good bike many memories with that bike is still stuck with me . in 2005 i purchased pulsar dtsi..i still own pulsar.its been 17 years and will keep it with me ...i am too thinking to buy this bike.gixxer sf250 for touring purpose ...but a bit confused between classic 350 reborn and gixxer 250.... .I Want to know this is limited colour edition bike ?
initially i wanted a pulsar but its 8000rupees less expensive than a gixxer sf 250 in Mauritius right now so id rather add 8k and get a proper japanese bike with motogp heritage 😍 and it a really under rated bike
Thank you. Yes, the front seat is large and accommodating , riding position is not as aggressive as an R15 either and should be comfortable. However it is to be noted that the seat is slippery, a good seat cover will fix this.
Bro I hqve some questions, In which date u bought this bike? gixxer sf anniversary edition (blue with silver ) discontinued, right? So the stocks available with that color is old stock, right? Then why should you choose this old stock?
So far so good. I haven’t pushed the bike over 5000 rpm till 800 km. The bike feels refined and is great to ride. Comfort is a personal matter, I do not feel any pain or pressure on the wrist or shoulders, seats are large and accommodating however you do tend to move forward whilst braking hard unless you clutch the fuel tank with your thighs. Windshield doesn’t do much in high speeds so windblast is a real thing especially at speeds over 80 to 90. Moreover I suggest you take a thorough test ride and see how it feels for you.
@@SHIFTANDSURGE And how's the power to weight ratio ? I mean does it feel heavy when you ride and when you move manually in the street when engine turned off?
Underrated motorcycle, agreed. However was Suzuki smoking pot? That windshield is tiny! Such a beautiful motorcycle ruined by that tiny windshield. Enjoy your ride Nice video though 👍🏻

Planning to buy a 150 cc Bike under 1.5Lakh Should i go with new pulser n160 or Sf 150?

They’re all great motorcycles, it’s what you prefer that matters.
Nice job 👍

It depends on the service centre. I haven’t had any issues with mine till date.

initially i wanted a pulsar but its 8000rupees less expensive than a gixxer sf 250 in Mauritius right now so id rather add 8k and get a proper japanese bike with motogp heritage 😍 and it a really under rated bike
It truly is very underrated!
I think the anniversary version is not available now, I don't like the black colour either, Gixxer sf 150 colour scheme are better than sf 250
Better colour scheme would be a great addition to this motorcycle. Especially the Moto GP one.
Good choice 😊
nice vid bro..... is it good for tall and healthy riders?
Thank you. Yes, the front seat is large and accommodating , riding position is not as aggressive as an R15 either and should be comfortable. However it is to be noted that the seat is slippery, a good seat cover will fix this.
Bro I hqve some questions,
In which date u bought this bike?
gixxer sf anniversary edition (blue with silver ) discontinued, right?
So the stocks available with that color is old stock, right?
Then why should you choose this old stock?
I bought it in the start of October. I loved this colour better than the others, that’s the reason I went with this.
Brother what is the max rpm you kept before first service?
I have set the rpm light to indicate at 4500 RPM.
@@SHIFTANDSURGE did you feel any vibes on 4k rpm?im feeling it from seat
I felt it slightly initially but over time it has gone down.
When you will upload the bike review and besides what's the on road price of this MotoGP edition that bought?
We are working on the review, it can be expected soon. The on road price of this motorcycle was Rs. 2,25,000 , discount will be given.
