I was actually following the whole 5 week challenge since january, but the first time I did week 5 I couldnt do sarvang asana and idk got really demotivated when I couldnt do even after 3/4 days, then i stopped doing week 5 and continued with some other workouts by rashmi randomly from around february to until yesterday, in april! then yesterday i came around a video which had sarvangasana i kind of got sad but tried to attempt, and was able to do it!!!! and i instantly knew i need to complete my fifth week, so on it, I enjoyed it so much today!!

I'm actually a quite advanced pilates and yoga exerciser but I found your programm still chalenging and well-balanced for me(especially week 4 and 5). I did it as my morning, "right-out-of-bed" routine and it was perfect. Could you please develop another programm, 3-4 weeks,20 -30 minutes long which is also for advanced exerciser but which has the same repetitive routine? It has a calming effect too when you know the sequence well :) You are a great teacher and I look forward to more videos with you! :) Thank you very much!
Yes I totally agree with her Rashmi! I was honestly just wondering what to do after the 5 week series. I fell in love with yoga watching these and I absolutely love the way it makes me feel afterwards. :) It also helps me loosen up before my run! Anyways, I'm a beginner and I just don't know any yoga routines or what I should do to get a full 20-30 minute workout in. So if you have any alternatives or tips I can do for now, that would be great! Thank you Rashmi! I really enjoy your videos!

Hi Rashmi, I have just finished the 5 week workout. I feel so much stronger....I never thought I could do all the exercises, the jumps the planks....but I did it! Thank you! Hope to see more such workouts in the future.
It would be wonderful if Rashmi did more yogalates classes, I myself would absolutely love to see some more intermediate, hour-long classes :) She is really great, I love her style and her cuing is perfect!
