Absolutely dreadful decorating except for the Crystal chandelier and the white marble floors and granite. The whole place needs to be repainted and decorated. It looks like interior of a spaceship from the future. No colors, no artistic appeal.
at almost 6 mil i wanted to see a separate tub and shower in each room. its over 5 mil. come on.

@@LuxuryHomes well its too late for all that dont you think? that extra room without windows is wasted space. the layout would have to be drastically changed. it would be interesting to see the blueprint. im shocked that the architect went along with it cause you know they are always pushing their agenda.
@@spicynomad I'm pretty sure it can still be done. The builder uses CAD and I would bet he would be willing to make some changes to add whatever a buyer wanted.
He has done it on other homes he has sold :)

I love the basement. I would make it a gym, theatre and coffee bar. We drink but not a lot. We do love hot chocolate and yummy coffee.

Love love this house! I love the views in prestigious Winter Park. The house is very modern yet its so cozy the house has that cottage feel inside especially with those views of mature manicured landscape💖. Poor Johnathan got caught with his hand in the cookie jar making that lovely drink! I cant blame him! 😂😂 I absolutely love that basement. Just a little scary lol. We know that big sinkhole that opened up back when by Denning park, down the street from there!

Winter Park is special!!!! There's a reason why Mr Rogers lived in Winter Park!!! Winter Park has some less expensive houses in the unincorporated areas and generous size lots!!! I believe the unincorporated areas are up and coming and great value for the money 💰 especially if you're on tight budget!! I believe if you're going to move to Winter Park you should check out the scenic boat tours*** very educational and gives the history of the city!!!! Winter Park is surrounded by beautiful spring-fed lakes*** excellent video beautiful home

Real oak engineered hardwood,yes.

Lucerne 11 model has a basement. I can’t even think of the builder right now. I love that house.

Asking price is reasonable..BUT!..no elevator??..no panic/safe room??..other than thus home is beyond beautiful.

We call the gym area basements in the north, and the attic space right below the roof. Great house but with all that white it washes out the home. Love your walk throughs

Virtually everywhere the space at the top of the house below the roof is an attic. If it is below the main space it is a basement or lower level. I have never heard anyone refer to it as an attic. Also I agree with TV Xyooj the house is a bit too white and stark making it seem cold and lifeless.
I love the white tile floors especially in the kitchen.
