Agreed, they build impressive commercial structures including dealerships... renovations of older homes too! thanks for watching and stay tuned for this years 2024 parade, some great entries this year
Thank you, yes this coming 2022 parade of homes is next week, I’ll be filming slower and less jumpy cuts. Should be some nice custom homes to showcase, Edited and uploaded by late June
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor Sir how much is going to cost me to move to Orlando Florida I hear about is affordable to live there I wanted to move to Orlando Florida
@@tayshunsmith2020 hi Tayshun the typical townhouse or house here is $250k-$450k but we can find less expensive condominium or more like $600k-$1M nice luxury home. Next step is to speak with one of my lender contacts to make sure you can get a mortgage, email me your info to Justin@TheOrlandoPA.com and we can go from there 😎👌🏽
lovely house. 1. You moved too fast. 2. Camera was fuzzy 3. You did not focus on important sections. Maybe because its still occupied. But the buyer/viewer wants to see it all, properly. 4. left out small sections and details. Just constructive and beneficial criticism. With no offense intended.
Sure thing, my style has evolved a bit for future videos, more 2022 parade of homes and some unique custom builder projects filming this year… thanks for watching
This one sold to an NBA basketball player a few years ago for around $4.5 Million. It is worth quite a bit more than that now, very unique large lot in the Via's of winter park and all modern with casita
Noted- I feel like my style slowed down a bit for 2021 parade of homes videos. It’s tough to show the huge houses in under 20 mins with too slow of a walk through
Amazing how all these homes, nationwide seem to have the same HGTV > Chip & Johanna Gains farmhouse chic look. I feel that the look is already dated. The staircase kit in a box from Home Depot to the same pendant lamps over yet another kitchen island. I think that this even worse than the Tuscan thing that reigned from 1995 - 2008. All you need is a honking huge "art" clock and word art on the walls. Much of this stuff looks as if it was ordered from yet another Chinese home goods manufacturer. I've always said that any contractor can build a house the problem is that they can't design a house. Many of the kitchens in these places seem to be designed to order from Grub Hub or make dinner reservations.
sounds like you have a very specific style in mind. The custom builder homes in this area have some of the finest materials and styling that would cost 10X as much in California or Miami. If you have a distinct look you're going for such as a frank lloyd wright, ultra modern, transitional mix of coastal/modern whatever... they can build it for you. Boxy homes are not for everyone, and yes it is good to see introductions of new styling not just carbon copies of model homes with no sense of unique style. The modern farmhouse is getting overdone, but at least they are evolving into slightly less "live laugh love" and more sleek designs.
RLH does great work all over orlando, they are doing the maclaren building now and its looking really good.

Love it! Great home! I would agree with the other commenters that a slower camera movement would be appreciated. Thanks for the video!

Nice home, I love layout. Thank for video. How much this house???
This home just sold for $4,500,000. It's located in one of Winter Park's best areas called The Via's.
Next time try zooming out and being still for a few seconds so the viewer can actually see the rooms, rather than close ups of cabinets.

Do you by chance have the plan or design of this property pls.

It’s a custom home so the owner owns the plan. But we can help you design similar

How do people who own these type of houses clean them?
That's my question too!
They probably invest in those robot circle vacuums
@@dieselboii8537 lol what? Learning about them for the first time.

Please slow down on the video cuts? Hard to get a good sense of the house with all the bouncing around!

Horrible filming, as if by a whirling dervish.
haha yeah those were the days I was very excited to wave my camera around in the air. Look! A squirrel!
