The one issue I have with this location is the lack of backyard privacy :/
Well that little bedroom for a child not much privacy for the child cause of the windows..

is it wood design on the wine bar?there is light down and up on the wine bar

Do they still sell this style home? (not the model home). I couldn't find it at their website. How much was it?
I believe they sold out. 4.6 million 🤔🤔 it has no basement no roof terrace I just can't see what you're money is getting for 4.6 million I've seen better for less money
Stop using the word “cool”. Seriously. That beautiful home should be described using one of the other 5000+ adjectives in the English language. If you are trying to sell a $4mil + house, express yourself like you are worthy to be selling it.
