A very unique tool...You have the ability to open the pliers, knife and screwdriver one-handed (which covers about 75% of me reaching for a tool...) The knife, pliers and screwdriver are all full sized and robust.

The Center Drive is pretty nice, I can see really being handy for fishing. I like the dedicated pry bar too. I need to check into it more.

Sound advice for startup multitools, from my viewpoint and experience. My down the rabbit hole journey started with the Gerber suspension, then a Leatherman squirt to the sidekick, and for the time being ending with the skeletool plus bit set and case. This last one, in addition to a spyderco pacific 2, makes a nice lightweight riverside fishing combo. There are so many choices to tailor fit a persons needs. Great time to like this stuff. Thanks and enjoy.

That is a nice multitool. The spring loaded pliers are handy when your hands are cold or when wearing gloves. I have the Gerber Truss, really nice...no driver set though.

I got mine from walmart and it came with plain edge blade and a nylon sheath but no bit set

I like this one. The only gripe I have is that I wish it had a saw blade, but that's a small matter. This looks like a well made tool. I'll be curious to hear your thoughts after using it for awhile. Thanks for the look, buddy.

Pretty good design but the quality leaves much to be desired. The SwissTool Spirit and full size SwissTool are the best options. Close second to the charge

I have 3 victorinox spirit and 7 leatherman and the centerdrive.
I think the quality construction in the centerdrive is very very good.
The more robust and strong in all my multitools.
The only problem are carbide wire cutter.
I make a 154cm replacement with old leatherman wire cutter.
But with abuse working, the center drive is faaar robust than leatherman, far.
      And also than victorinox.
Quality is not only fit and finish.
Gerber center pliers steel, is 420hc like leatherman, but I don't no why, leatherman is a lot softer. And also victorinox.
The pliers theets bend very quickly in my leatherman and victorinox, but no on center drive.

Serration haters need to go check out Magnus Andersson here on TH-cam. He’ll change their mind. Serrations are incredibly useful. Personally I’d rather have a full serrated blade than scissors and if you’re going to give me a combo edge then give me a wood saw

It comes down to the quality and durability of the metal.
The scissors are unpleasant to use. The file a bit underwhelming. Poor bite. The metal is not at the level of my Swiss Tool, Swiss Tool Spirit, or Leatherman Surge.
Some good ideas, but flawed design. Ok for medium duty use, but not heavy duty. The tool metal is just not up to it. A "Chinese-made" tool made in America.
I have about 50 multitools (Leatherman, Victorinox, SOG, Gerber) and about 70 Victorinox pocket knife models. Lots of 111mm and 130mm. So I judge from experience. Though really just my opinion, and I am not without my own prejudices. I have a Swiss Tool and a Super Tool each 23 years, and in good shape. That's a testimony.
    Cheers and thanks!

For me the metal on centerdrive is far more robust than all my 7 leatherman and my 3 victorinox swisstool spirit.
The only bad thing is carbide wire cutters. But definitely the strongest multitool that I have.
Much less delicate and incline to abuse than leatherman surge or victorinox spirit for example.
Centerdrive have fews tools but indestructible..
Maybe more designed to professional works environment and not so versatile like a leatherman surge or wave or victorinox spirit.
But the quality is not fit and finish and aspect.
And for me, gerber center drive is really good quality!
For example the metal of leatherman pliers is much soft and the theets bends easily.
The theets on centerdrive pliers are very very hard.
