As someone who's conquered both the NEET PG 🇮🇳 (AIR- 4480) and USMLE 🇺🇸 (Scores - 270's), I've got some insider info for ya! Seriously, the USMLE made me question my existence more times than I can count, while with the NEET PG? Well, let's just say I've never felt more like a human guinea pig! 🐹 But all jokes aside, both exams are challenging (one more than the other) and require a ton of hard work and dedication. 💪 So if you're preparing for either one, remember to take breaks, stay hydrated, and maybe consider investing in some stress balls!
    🙋🏻‍♂️ Who am I?
My name is Manik Madaan, and I am currently a PGY-1 Resident Doctor in the USA 🇺🇸. I truly feel honored to teach and learn from medical students and grads all across the globe. This channel is dedicated to humans all across the world. I appreciate you stopping by & really really hope I've won your subscription, regards, and love 💖.

Just as manik was not able to score a top 100 neet pg rank with ZERO neet pg prep despite having such a high ck score, great knowledge and test taking skills. Both exams are very different and there's very little carry over. So in short, your neet pg prep will not give you great usmle score just as your usmle prep will not give you extra ordinary neet pg rank

I agree NEET PG is easier if you exclude competitiveness, reservation, and the fact you are gonna lose an entire year. NEET PG is undoubtedly more competitive because US medical students are no match for Indian students, I have a lot of friends in America who got into medical school without clearing any near as tough exam as NEET. Most of them are actually private and you can get into medical through money and a decent HS score (MCAT isn't that tough either).

Kudos on ur rank in neet pg .You have got the rank since neet pg has changed pattern more towards USMLE although question are not lengthy .But MLE questions are unnecessary lengthy ,the actual question is just a few words . And NEET PG is an elimination exam not a qualifying exam. USMLE even with low score but good LOR reaearch u can get a residency . LOR and Interview are " firangi " sifarish .Atleast in NEET PG we get based on objective assessment not subjective interviews . Its actually unwise illogical to compare both exam .
