The brush was on and off, the brush switch was stuck so after I replaced it - it was working fine for about 6 months until brush stopped working completely and I replaced an entire brush assembly
@@tervad6229 OK you replaced the brush head with the motor, not just the brushroll $30 item itself. How much did you spend on the entire brush assembly?
Debbie Do you have Dyson DC 50?! If it’s same model, you should have it. I’m not sure about different models... beside this switch, other common issues brush/roll itself and main board
Debbie Bell model number should be under the dust container, hopefully you would figure out. Also you always can call Dyson customer support for any help.

Trust but Verify honestly I don’t remember I think an entire brush head was like $60 but I’m not %100 sure … it has been a while ago
