Since I had not made anything like this before I cheated a little and bought the sauce but followed your easy instructions for everything else. It came out great! Even the 6 yo picky eater liked it. When I bought this at Olive Garden it came with fried zucchini I cooked that for the first time also, I should have cooked more there wasn't enough to have seconds. Thank you for the confidence to try. We're going to try the shrimp next, maybe I'll get brave and cook the sauce.

I made this today but since we didn't have fettuccine on hand I just used elbow macaroni and it's super good although I won't say quite the same. We also don't have half-and-half where we live so I just used milk and corn flour and it's bomb! this is such a good recipe I don't normally eat mushrooms but the way this recipe compliments the flavor of mushrooms is amazing! You definitely wanna try this out...

Made this for lunch for my daughter and myself today! OMG!! It was so rich, and creamy, yet there was no actual heavy cream in it. The sauce was loose when I set it aside to rest, but when I went to look at it 10-15 minutes later, the sauce had tightened up, and it was amazing! Another winner Natasha..keep on going!

Mad Rasta this isn’t a light sauce. It have cream in it via the half and half. This is a bastard Alfredo without Parmesan. If you want a light sauce look at Bon Appétit, they show how to make a sauce without any sort of cream or milk.

I already had a store bought alfredo sauce in a jar, so i did everything, except instead of adding the half n half, i added the jar of sauce to the onions, mushrooms, garlic. Very tasty.

Made this for lunch for my daughter and myself today! OMG!! It was so rich, and creamy, yet there was no actual heavy cream in it. The sauce was loose when I set it aside to rest, but when I went to look at it 10-15 minutes later, the sauce had tightened up, and it was amazing! Another winner Natasha..keep on going!

I’ve tried this recipe and trust me it really does become your family favourite meals - it’s juicy silky and delicious- I just added sweet corn to it as my girls love corn . It’s a dish to add to your home’s recipe.

This isn't Alfredo. It is pasta in a mushroom cream sauce. Parm is an essential element of Alfredo.

Mad Rasta this isn’t a light sauce. It have cream in it via the half and half. This is a bastard Alfredo without Parmesan. If you want a light sauce look at Bon Appétit, they show how to make a sauce without any sort of cream or milk.
