That thing is sick! One thing I noticed though is it looks like when you swapped spindles you gave yourself negative ackerman angle causing the outside tire to turn sharper than the inside tire. You want to be able to draw a straight line from the outer tie rod ends through the king pin to the center of the rear axle.
This is a great build. The only thing to consider is the steering moved to front of pivot messes up the Ackerman angle. Need to move arms outward on both left and right. Otherwise perfect
@@adamsempleable look up Ackerman angle. It is to meant to angle the wheels so that the inside wheel makes a smaller circle than the outside wheel on any corner ( as it should ). From above: Draw a line from the center of the back axle through the pivot point of the front steering. Mount your steering linkage anywhere on that line, either in front or behind the pivot as long as you are on the line.
Love it !! i have been toying with the idea of making something like this myself. I have the skills to build just not enough know how with the electronics/controllers etc..etc. so with a little more learning, I'm sure i will make one someday soon.
Great ingenuity, clean looks and dedication! 👌 Does it really wheelie like in the thumbnail? 😳😅 (just didn't understand the "open" rear frame... Is it finished or waiting on some add ons?) Cheers from Portugal! 🇵🇹
And here I thought that "Mario" was the only one with a Super COoL cart? I stand corrected Cheers from So.Ca.USA 3rd House On the Left (pls call before stopping by)
A little bit more of a trade-off in handling dynamics, and you could have made it look like a mobility scooter in order to troll random people. (I've seen it done before, but when they use a gas engine it's too much of a give away. All electric would be the proper way to do that prank.)
Nice build, I really like it! But sadly you made one crucial mistake by mounting the front spindles in reverse for getting the feet clearance. On your setup the outer wheel angles more into the stearing direction, which makes the driving behaviour unstable because the tires slip and wear more. For explaination: when driving a turn, the inner wheels have a shorter radius than the outer ones, thats why on every car (gocart,...) the inner wheel angles more into the stearing direction.
Crazy that this has only 11k views. The amount of brilliant engineering you put into this is simply awe-inspiring. Subscribed!
I have to say the same. So many clever solutions here I keep on rewatching the video.
you made it look so easy. amazing build. well done.
It is just perfect. You have made a great design and engineering job.

Incredibly cool build!

I was about to comment this
Can you possibly explain a little more, I'm building one and want to do what you are saying because your drones infers somewhat legit ;)

@@paulfennema8204 Thank you so much
such a clean build
looks so clean
Excellent engineering. Great looking little machine and so cool that it fits in your car. I hope you have a lot of fun with it.
Feels like a motorized Wheelchair than a gokart. But sweet small steed bro!
מטורף לגמרי

Yeah electric power!
go for it!
Love it! Would a seat slide and wheely bars make seating more comfortable?
Very nice build!!
just stumbled across your channel. this build turned out surprisingly clean! greaet work!
You could sell this as a kit, and people would buy it.
Sweet! I Must Build One!
Modify? its a completely different frame lol
nice mobility scooter
Cool (love the color). Why the rear pipes you left that way instead of making like a bumper?
Beautiful!!!
well done! now build a Cybertruck body for another level of cool
BRAVO!!!!!
Very nice build! Where did you get those cells?
looks amazing, isn't the center of gravity too high tho ?

Fantastic work, dude! Really well done!!! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
where can i buy one. Where can I buy the frame? Please bro
Do happen to have the blueprint for this one or a guide to build one? I'm planning to copy your design and just DIY it 😅
Well done!
Razor has a similar product for kids,Rad Rod, looks cool.
Is it the same as the gokart from Sur Ronster?
mate that looks so sick legand
It looks sooooooooooo god

this is the BEST gokart I've ever seen. Bro, you are rollin hard in that Mf. 🔥🔥🔥
i need one XD that soo cool
Afigenai\!!!! man reikia daugiau informacijos!
where you find the battery components? Thanks
cool
Very nice

Link to battery cells and bus bars used?
Wow!
Awesome. Where did you buy the seat?
Nice explanation 👌..
What’s the lenght of the kart?
Do you sell the frames???
I want to build one 😭
How much was the total price?
Sometimes in life it's better to get a truck or a trailer.
Why didn't you close the frame from the behind, leaving these pipes open? IMHO a closed frame is much robust and durable.
Competition karts which this is modeled from have flex deliberately incorporated into the design and increasing rigidity will likely reduce traction
whens the next vid coming?
1200w to 9000w?
Goped go quad can also fit in a car
Šaunuolis😊
And I won’t be able to make this because I can do everything except but a frame like that. I was hoping you ordered it from somewhere affordable.
9kw at 60v 16s through an xt90 connecter and what 6awg cable,,, brave

Regular American: just buy a bigger car!
high center of gravity, very unsafe
You copied surronster’s thumbnail almost exactly
Glad he did this a actual build video 😂
табурет суецидника!!!
Or just trading your vehicle in upgrade to a new vehicle what's more space 10 times waste energy and time but still cool
