Nice video Eddie. I am from Panama City, Panama and I was born their in 1982. At the same time when they decided to close down the base I was so sad because to me that was my home. Now I can remember all the fun times and great times I had in Panama today🇵🇦🇺🇸
I love Panama City. If I decide to retire to Panama, I would probably choose the City over other areas for a variety of reasons. I have stayed with a friend in Albrook, I like that area. I also had an AirBnB at PH Bayview and I liked it there too. It was surprising that you can have a nice apartment building that is kind of surrounded by an area with a lot of poorer people, but you don't have to worry about crime there. I liked being near Mercado de Mariscos (I love the Afro-Caribbean food the best), Cinta Costera and Casco. So many reasons why I fell in love with the people of Panama and the country. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Hola ,amigo . todavía existirá las barracas o alojamientos de la fuerza aérea de los Estados Unidos? Ahí estaba la IAAFA,donde se entrenaba a algunas Fuerzas Aéreas de Latinoamérica? Gracias
I appreciate the comment, Guillermo! I am trying to do different. I enjoy the channels I watch but I don’t want to copy them. I want to capture not only the beautiful and the good but also a little of the “other side” as well. I just moved over to the high-rise by the Fish market. On the way here I passed what in the United States would be called poor housing projects. Just so maybe some people can be humbled and see how they are so fortunate, as in most of the United States, and see how blessed they are.
@@eddieonthegotravel Yes, it exists in all Latin cities, but Panama City seems to not banish the residents to favelas on the fringes of town to create expensive housing for the rich.
@@guillermogouldburn763 Such a sad world we are living in, my friend. Life shouldn’t kick people when they’re down at the expense of the rich, yet here we are.
Good video Edie, however a small mistake,,, albrook happens to be the biggest mall in all of LATIN AMERICA 🍀
Gracias, Juan. I forgot about that fact. Hopefully as my channel grows I will make less obvious mistakes.
No worries Eddy, glad to have you on board 🇵🇦🥂
Ese es el otro albrook , no este Albrook
@@Javierriveraab es solomente un Albrook, es grande 👍🏻

Looking forward to following your journey, Eddie.
Great videos and close caption of history.
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice video Eddie. Thank you for sharing. Good to see a different part of the world through your travels. 🍻
Enjoyed the video. Nice
Thanks!
Really enjoyed this video, so cool to see it through your lens!
Thanks for showing other parts of PTY. People think it's just the banking district and Casco Viejo and that's it.

Please find a band and record you singing with them 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥂
Time to find a band and sing with them Eddie

Thanks for your feedback. I'll take that into consideration next time I use captions.
