Just pay the young men in college a descent living but make them play 4 years. Now every single draft pick is a total crap shoot, because they are all 19 and immature.

The NBA has the most corrupted draft system ever. Did the teams actually get a copy of the list of their numbers before the drawings? Probably not. So everyone involved has to take the NBA's word for its validity. Anytime any part of a draft is performed in the back room what does anyone expect? HOW MANY YEARS in the lottery does Detroit need to get out of the Lottery? If you feel this way about the Pistons what do you think the NBA feels about them?

NBA has to have a lottery to keep teams from tanking. It's far from perfect and could use some tweaks but a lottery is necessary.
