    I would have a video idea: make-ahead protein sources you can freeze and then easily add to any meal, like Seitan, Falafel, Tofu etc.
    I notice that I often just add smoked tofu to quick meals because I don't want to marinade it an hour before actually cooking😩

      Horcling I reaaally like this idea, I feel like I struggle with protein bc I’m lazy. Beans are great but I don’t always want beans with everything ya know.

    I have a good trick for the pancakes if you don't want them to smoosh or burn on the pan. I bake my "protein" pancakes in the oven on a non stick baking sheet at 200 Celsius for like 10 minutes. It's so freaking easy like that.
    Just divide the batter out in to pancake shapes and plop it in the oven and 10 minutes later you have pancakes. Also a nice trick for people who wanna cut down on oils/butter.

    the tofu pasta was surprisingly quick to make ?? really good, especially with the vegan parmesan. I used lime instead of lemon and the spices i added were black pepper, paprika, and sage

    I just LOVE to watch your content! It is so relatable, not just because I am a vegan student as well but even more because you have such a good balance and I can’t see all the dieting lifestyles anymore. I am so happy to see that it is possible to be “just” vegan and still be mentally and physically healthy when it comes to eating. Thank you for inspiring me

    Reminder my dears to also take your vitamins such as B12 once a day to make sure you are not deficient on your key vitamins. I made the mistake of not taking my B12 and I would have no energy and reduced brain function. Take them

    Use the tamper through the lid hole if you can! That usually keeps it out of the blades.

    Ooh a super yummy idea is shredded sweet potatoes with whatever seasoning and spinach and if your not vegan add chorizo or you could just add some chorizo seasoning to get the flavor. It’s so good on toast or with avocado

    I'm obsessed with this: cook 1/3 cup oats with water, salt, cinnamon and sunflower seeds. Then bowl up, add a dash of soy milk, pepitas and tbs peanut butter. Microwave for 10 secs and add sugar/honey/maple syrup whatever. Delicious! Healthy! Filling!

    Mina the first dish would taste way better if you fried those carrots in butter for Few minutes and add some splash of milk. It is so delicious. You can eat it as dessert or snack or breakfast. It's called "gajar ka halwa" in Hindi

    Try to put the glas of coconut date mouse in the microwave for 10-15 sec. It will taste a lot better in my opinion when it’s not that cold and sticky :)

    If u want muesli combo ideas,try muesli ,chocolate chips (can be also cacao nibs,for more health stuff)vegan yogurt,some sort of nut/seed butter ,almond milk ,dates,some sauteed berries,PUt EVErything in a bowl and enjoy!!I lovee ur videos,beautiful human !!Hope u have an wonderful day!

    I have a really good pancake or crepes recipe, it is just 2 ingredients, and super easy to flip. Add one cup oats to the blender with enough water to make a pancake batter and you can toss in there some chia or flax seeds too, but it will thicken quickly. :) I use an IKEA pan it was super cheap, and it works wonders :) You can make big wrappable (is it a real word) pancakes, and you can make little American pancakes from it to. I hope it was helpful :) ♥

    Bei Pancakes aus Haferflocken ist es essenziell, den Teig mindestens fünf Minuten ziehen zu lassen. Die Haferflocken saugen noch viel Flüssigkeit auf. Bei deinem zweiten Versuch war der Teig schon viel dickflüssiger.

    I also tried to make Kaiserschmarrn but I added applesauce, a pinch of cinnamon and used oat flour instead of oat. I think it tased exactly like the real kaiserschmarrn:)

    Ich hab genau den gleichen Mixer und ich habe auch beim allerersten Benutzen den Stab kaputt gemacht und hatte Plastikstückchen im Smoothie... das beruhigt mich gerade ein wenig, ich dachte ich hätte mich nur besonders blöd angestellt 😅
