When looking at the RPO vs the 3 3 stack, what can you do to stop the safety from replacing the read key?

I don't run 3rd level RPO's, but if you are playing against aggressive safeties that trigger on the mesh point, then I would run the RPO off the Safety to the single WR side with a 5 step post.

Would your read key be determined by the alignment of your RB?

If you mean alignment as in either left or right of QB, our read key is always on the same side as the mesh point with the QB+RB
