nice project...only concern is timely delivery...Mahagun manorrile is getting constructed for last 8 years and still they may take another two years or even more.....which realy increases the risk for their projects....

As usual Diksha, lovely content and well articulated presentation. BUT a massive disagreement with your endorsement of Mahagun's repute. I've been a buyer(Mahagun Mantra Villaments) and it has been a nightmare-ish experience dealing with them(a delay of 5 years and counting) Always felt like they intended to treat homebuyers like dirt. Would seriously think twice before investing in their projects.
Hey Arjun, totally agree with you on that part. But as you said, "well-articulated". We have to be very cautious about our way with words when presenting certain things. It's like walking on eggshells everyday. As a YT channel, our words matter. See, when we're making content, we have to be precise because it's not like a ticker on TV where you can move on to the next screen. With YT, whatever you're saying or doing, that information stays for a lifetime. On our medium, we cannot diss anyone for their process of sales, right? We might do that when we make a separate video about the sales processes of various developers. Perhaps, when you call us and enquire directly, (since we're also aware of how the sales process works for some developers) we might not suggest them to you as well. But on YT, we try to inform and educate people about what all a project has to offer. Here, we tend to focus only on the project and its offerings. We have limited time of 7-10 mins, more than that the video can get boring. The attention span of people is so little today, we've to pass as much info as we can, without making it all look & sound so dry. So there are plenty of reasons, you know. It's a little complicated to make people understand, hopefully, we'll get better at this. Meanwhile, thank you so much for bearing with us :) Really appreciate a mature communication.

As a viewer the first instinct is to want everything imparted raw and unfettered, especially when we've had a not-so-pleasant personal experience with the subject in question but also as a viewer I should've been more mindful of the moderation that creators need to maintain to keep their content watchable and palatable to all. And as you said, if anyone is interested further, then consulting with you guys would obviously clear all the doubts with in depth knowledge and realities of any particular project. Appreciating mature and constructive interaction makes two of us! And btw, you guys are already pretty good in the NCR property space on TH-cam, and im sure you'd only get better!
The builder is saying 2027 but it will not be ready before 2030 as all their projects are delayed. It has been 10 years and Manorialle is still not ready.
