      Hey there, In terms of overall road construction and planning, Greater Noida West could be a better choice, because of Authority norms. Siddharth Vihar is looked over by Awas Vikas Parishad, so their planning & implementation could be a little messy. Although, in terms easy connectivity, Siddharth Vihar is a good option. We’ll try to make videos answering these comments for better clarity on various subjects.

It’s often said, in Kalyug, only ego leads to downfall.     Ma'am from 2014 to 2019 real estate prices remain stagnant due to demonetization and GST implementation. There were no growth whatsoever in real estate. Till 2021 prices were stagnant only. From 2021 there was a sudden spike in price where it went from 2X to 3X. Now residential prices specially in NCR is beyong the reach of middle income group and becoming more and unrealistic. Another stagnation may come from 2026 onwards which may last for 7-8 years. This is how real estate cycle works IMO.

If you have an estimate possession time, then see how your lifestyle could change around that time and take a decision for yourself. As an end user, do you like the locality and do you trust the builder? What’s their track record? Get a definite answer for these questions before investing.

Gulshan Baleina/ Nirala Homes(new construction only) Overly discussed projects: 1. Astha Greens: It is good enough project but doesn't deserve a position top 10 list. Could be in top 15 list for sure. 2. ACE Divino: Much over hyped so avoid if you can.

      Hey there, judging from solely builder profile, Trident Embassy Resso stands out as a better choice. What you are looking for exactly, size, location, amenities, gentry, flat-facing, etc. need to be discussed before arriving at a final outcome.

    Over priced ..... No green space... 6% in front..... Much better functional society like ATS happy trails is available @10k+.... Why would some one buy here?

      Hey Abhishek, Eldeco actually received maximum numbers of EOIs so a lot of people want to buy in this project, despite everything you mentioned. Probably, people are running after reliability more here.

    Nice presentation! Whats your suggestion can we go with this project? IMO all looks good compared to other projects this one has some advantages like: - Good location and connectivity - Metro and rapid are planned on 130 mt road and will be very close to this project - We can contact central Noida from 2 ways via ATS chowk/hindon bridge or via Gaur chowk - All major schools are nearby - Shopping malls/complexes are nearby Some Disadvantages: - Plot is covered with other project - Price is but high but ok if we compare to Arhiant One project where location is big concern

      Moreover 9500 K BSP + plc approx 1000 Ra +Other charges ....Builder demands for a project sandwiched between AVJ heights a very substandard project on one side and other side ATS dolce stuck 2nd phase.....for investors and buyers it's not a good options considering worst location and the price.

      It's a trap....if investor buys property in this project they will struggle to get exit....Dead location between substandard AVJ heights and ATS dolce stuck 2nd phase.....
