One of your old videos you said JVC was too much supply vs demand. Do you still stand by this
Supply in JVC is a problem if you invest in a poorer quality project... However, JVC has great returns if you invest in the right project / developer, i recently helped a client purchase a property in JVC that will get 8%+ returns and is likely to see future capital appreciation :)
