Hi Lacey I have started watching you TH-cam channel and want to say thanks cause it has been a blessing to me with some changes I have implemented into my lifestyle. Intermittent fasting and health eating and exercise, but I have a question about what can break the fast. Specifically b complex and human super beets due to high blood pressure? Please advise
I was just looking into this, cause I mix whey & pea(coffee), then whey & pumkin later for "breakfast". I walk in the morning, then lift & play drums in the afternoon. Drums after I eat, lifting before. I was wondering if it mattered how I combined them. Thanks for all the info, hope all is well, take it easy... Walk time
