I had a pair of Franks that I picked up second hand on ebay and the seller didn't disclosed that he had the boots made to his feet !! Make a bad fitting boots and for ever to get the leather to form to your feet .what I did was complete soak the boats in water for a hour and then thin socks and wear the boots for few hours !! This is extreme but it help the break in

We need to hand sew you a thick piece of leather behind the tongue. That might do it for the panda boots
