Hi Laura, there is an easier way to Petřín, the Funicular, which is a part of Prague's transport system. Sorry for not having it signposted well enough (and for the rude guides that happens to be in many places..). I am glad that despite some of the down points you have enjoyed your trip :-) BTW, there are many other great places you should visit here :-) I would recommend Prague's Municipal Palace for one, near the Old Town Square.... and in the countryside are many great places, too. I am so inspired by your travels :-) Have a great journey anywhere you go, Blanka :-)
Thanks Laura for your cute and not overhyped review of your Prague visit :). I love to watch my home country through an "optics" of foreign visitors and I am glad you loved the city. Btw. we need more Irish people like yourself to come over ! :)
I live in Prague and I'm going on a trip to Dublin in a few weeks' time. Thanks for your tips on what (not) to do in Ireland. Glad you enjoyed Prague. The peacocks in the park with the weird wall are fun, aren't they, just chilling there? 😄
Oh wow, all of the buildings are so gorgeous, especially the churches. The peacocks were also gorgeous I’d sit and watch them for ages. When it comes to the dates you uploaded these videos when did you actually visit? Not sure how soon after visiting you upload, useful to know the date for the weather 😅
This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
6:58 After going to Ireland this made me laugh more than it should’ve lol. Especially considering i just checked the forecast for Dublin this week and it’s a chance of rain 70-90% every day except for Thursday! Gotta love it haha
this year is that rainy in central Bohemia nad Prague that another few weeks of rain and we will start celebrating all that your weird green holidays, everything is so green this year and still, they speak about some drought in news, I don't see any drought, it's just water and greenery everywhere 🙂
Bohemian national park looks awesome! Was it easy to use the bus from Prague and navigate the park yourself? I'm planning to visit Prague in the coming months, thank you!
Yes it’s beautiful. Just check to see if it is open when you go. Sadly there was a big fire a few weeks after I visited it and I know it wasn’t fully open to the public. Not sure if it is now. I rented a car to get there. Not sure how good the bus system is. The parks easy to navigate with maps jotted around 😊
Hi, though the video has been uploaded 2 days ago, I suppose the footage is from 2021 or till August 2022 the latest, let's confess:) I am assuming it from the footage of the Bohemian Switzerland national park, as there was a huge, I mean really huge fire 2 months ago, lasting for 2 weeks and the nature is unrecognisable since then + the entry itself is banned at the moment, due to possible rockfalling...
Hi Viktor, I am really sorry to hear about the fire. It happened about a month after we visited. It was so devastating to see. Adding it to the video was wrong on my part as I googled to see if the park was back open and thought it was? I'm not sure if there is a way to now take it out. I will look into it. I hope that nature will begin to restore in the park and that locals and tourists can enjoy its beauty once again.
@@Live.Adventure.Travel Don't remove it, as it's nice to see it before the fire.. You're right, some sections are opened, but the centre is not, due to rockfalling.... And yeah, the nature is restoring already, and in general we think it was a good thing that it happened, as the whole forest has been infested by bark beetles heavily, it now has a space for deciduous trees, instead of coniferous trees...
Hi, I’ve just started watching your Europe videos! Was wondering if you solo travelled on your trip? If you did, did you feel that Prague and Budapest were safe to be alone, I’ve heard mix d reviews. Also, did you go to Naples?
Hey yes I solo travelled and felt completely safe in Prague and Budapest. However, I did not go out at night on my own. Obviously like all cities it’s important to keep your wits about you but for the most part they are safe in my opinion. I did go to Naples but just passing through to get to Pompeii. I was there max an hour
"Ultimate Prague Guide(!) Should you visit?" Yes, of course! Maybe no need to film so many selfies, a lot to show here city itself. Anyway, keep up the good work!
Hi, just looking for some Prague tips online and can you tell me how did you manage to get to the Bohemian Switzerland National Park from Prague in an hour and a half? As Google says it's an approx 5 - 6 hrs ride? Tnx
One of the best Prague vlogs about my lovely city of Prague I have ever seen in TH-cam
A great place to live by the looks of this.
