      Crab toe touch, donkey kicks, butt kicks and variations of squat/lunge/push up/shoulder press exercises :)

    I am very athletic, used to go to the gym 6 days a week for very heavy duty classes and have been working out with you since beginning of the pandemic and absolutely love all of your 60 minute work outs(specially the no-repeat ones) but this is one of the best! Thank you for posting these and please keep them coming!

    Loving all of them. But specially the one hour long workout, most fitness channels are for 30/40 min workouts. I have less days and need to fit in as much as I can when I can (working mommy) I really appreciate that you cater for many

    Love the 60 minute workouts. Can I please ask if you could increase the volume on the bell that dings at the end of the 40s, maybe to the volume of the starting ding . Many thanks

    Another great workout, Penny.. I wasn't sure i would stay interested in a 60 min workout but I was wrong. This kept me going for the full 60 mins and it felt great. Love the no repeats. I really liked all the DL variations.

    I loved the variety of the workout!! Especially since I hurt my tailbone it’s hard for me to do everything or if I can I’m slow. Like with squats it takes awhile to get up and down. Or with the AB exercises I cant really lay on my back. But thank you so much Penny❤

    …..just to add, love the variety of moves and only 3 circuits!!! Psychologically I find it “easier” and more motivating than the 6 circuits in some of the previous 60 minute workouts! Honestly I think this will be my ABSOLUTE go to workout now! 😘 🤩💗🙌💪🏻🥰

    Great workout! Love the longer ones, especially now that summer is over and it's darker and colder. I would love more like this. I have to modify a few moves but loved the format. If I need a sweaty workout, I look to Penny!

    Wow Penny.. This one was something!! I did it but here is how it went. First came hope, then excitement, then 'I can do this', then ' omg!!', then ' but why?', then ' Penny wants to kill me', and finally submission to a good cause and great feeling afterwards. Penny if you heard me screaming at you it was coming from a good place 😜😜. Thanks so much for your hard work. Missed the doggies today. Almost hoping that they would rescue me 😂😂😂
