Patrick is still top 10 in wca and probably at worst top 50 overall, ofc he'll be able to keep up in reconstructions but doing it in real time is different. I'm more surprised that he apparently uses some suboptimal/outdated algs for OLL
@@thirxzy No, when he's showing stuff to the other person he can go back and forth between different positions effortlessly and he can also immediately change his cube to whatever the other person currently has.
Patrick’s part was the best imo. It felt more like an instructive conversation than the others, and his amazement when learning new tricks was really satisfying. I’d love to see Tymon critiquing more cubers on the faster side!
@@PreservationEnthusiast It is mind blowing to me as well, but for Tymon, he can just see the OLL and PLL that the solver got, and can easily reverse a solved cube into any PLL/OLL just by knowing the algs

Ok Tymon is amazing on his own of course but like pay attention to the back and forth between him and Patrick, I had to rewatch multiple parts like five times in a row at .25x to fully understand what the two of them seemingly were able to communicate with just a couple words or moves. @@towerofresonance4877 Yeah that's true, but Cubastic and Simon Shi don't really fit to Feliks or Tymon, because they are more content based cubers, and not Speedcubers

It'd be really cool to see this for some slower solvers too. Having an AO100 of 26s, almost all of this was right over my head. Slowing it down could be really helpful.
