Palm oil (1/2 cup)
Onions (1 big bulb)
Pepper (Tatashe and shombo)
Ground Egusi (melon seed) 1 cup
Meat stock
Seasoning powder (2 1/2)
Goat meat
Stock fish
Smoked fish (Panla)
Ugwu leaf
Crayfish powder (about i tbsp)
Curry (1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
