Suggestion: Drill the holes in the ornaments and Grinch tree before you cut them out. This will be much safer, giving you a more substantial amount of wood to hold onto.
Get you an oikos yoguart cup to put your paint in, after the left over paint dries you can just peel out the paint and reuse the cup. Also put a French’s mustard cap on the round bottle of tite bond glue it won’t clog up and the cap will also fold over and lock in place
I am starting this project now. It is great how you teach people how to utilize one board for so many projects. You keep it simple so that we can replicate these amazing decorations. I love the tilted tree. I am calling it the grinch tree.
I work at ace hardware and was like heck yeah, then I was like oh... I love your channel and have had good results with your planters and using the fundamentals from that making custom sizes.
This would be a good project (set of projects) to try while learning to use a jigsaw potentially... Maybe ill finally breakout the old one i found in my dad's garage that he gave me... 😂
I use acrylic paint, dries quick, water clean up, and you can buy them at Walmart or any craft store. :) even things that are going outside, acrylic paint holds up very well and doesnt fade
Trying to count to 25 in one breath took me right back to childhood. 😂 These one-board projects are great. Thank you!

Suuuuper awesome :)
Hole saw bit chose violence.
🤣🤣 yes, yes it did :P
Can I ask what kind of paint you routinely use? Got the stains but would like to build a wee stock of paint for this type of wee project.

Ever thought about building a manger
It would be a fun little build! And pretty easy with cutting out the figures :)
I wood NEVER buy wood from Ace Hardware. They are very expensive and bend curved split and old old wood.
Its hit or miss, it seems to be a better wood to work with, but i need to jump out of the car and pick my own boards next time
