You really cracked me up about the painting comment! As a 61 year old carpenter I can't count how many people would like to tell me how I should be doing my job. Especially some of the office personnel at places I worked for, it does give you a thick skin😁 I liked all of your projects in this video, they all look great!
Cheers for sharing, now I have more idea’s for my first craft show. I understand when you say how much you are hurting after doing your Greenhouse, I am much the same after a day in the work shop, but, you have to keep going or you would seize up. Thank you again. Lucyanne.x
By far the BEST video on this series! GREAT JOB ON THE CREATIVITY!!!! You painting is just fine Aaron! You all sand and distress the items so it doesn't matter for the paint goes on. I know i am learning from you all. I do not trust myself painting or finishing my stuff so I'm actually learning from your videos. I can't wait tool you all do the patreon channel... I'll be there!!! I love you guys!!! I look forward to your videos like my favorite channel on TV.
I personally like how you all show how to make something simply with minimal Tools that most beginner's can build. I don't have any fancy tools like I'd like. Don't even have a Table Saw yet, lol. I do have A very cheap Mitre Saw, WEN Scroll Saw and WEN Belt/Disc Sander. And of course Drills and 2 Air Nailers. That's it for now. Saving for other stuff. Would love a Planer and Jointer, lol
Love all the projects. The advent calendar would look cool with white at the top and the bottom raw wood kinda like snow topped mountains. Love the sparkly tree. Great job guys and nothing wrong with your painting skills. I've seen a hell of a lot worse. Thanks for sharing. Appreciate all you do to inspire us x
I’m in Wellston Oklahoma so I’m not very far from you guys. I lived in Norman about 12 years ago. The tornados early this morning were crazy!! Love you guys and everything you create ❤
Thank you for the kind words, we love you back! We slept right through the sirens and phone alarms last night. Luckily we didnt get blown away! Thanks for watching,we appreciate it very much!
@roxiepool278 thank you! We live in Norman, Oklahoma. Our neighborhood got a little tree damage etc. But thankfully we are ok. We greatly appreciate you! Thank you again 😊
Really great projects. As far as your painting goes… should you be using a single hair brush to control accuracy 😄, really, you are making items to sell, work quick, get the job done and move on to the next step. Painting isn’t one of my ‘SKILLS’. When it can time to paint Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus I would have just dipped them in the paint and then brushed off the excess… like I said, painting isn’t my strong suit. I was a Navy recruiter back in my youth (1980’s) based out of Norman, Ok and remember Moore, Ok got hit by a tornado… seems that Moore Ok always got hit by tornados. I hope you folks stay safe, enjoy the rain, you need it and thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching! Moore is a dangerous place during storm season. The storms in Oklahoma now seem to be moving further south toward Norman more than they used to. It's always a roll of the dice when the tornadoes fire up. We appreciate the support!
I build furniture and turn different items but I enjoy your videos no matter what the project. I know what I would do to build a clock similar to yours but I’d love to see you do some seasonal themed clocks in the 12 inch range. Thanks for all the hard work producing these videos.
Just found your channel--love all the projects so far. Guess I won't throw all my scrap wood out when I clean my garage when I move. Yeah--I'm old also. Takes 2 to 3 times longer to do things and more recovery time--getting older is just so much fun--lol.. Got to watch more segments for more projects before spring gets here. Thanks for all the hints about how to save money on supplies--social security just does not cover much any more.
Thanks again for another Great video, By the way I think you paint just fine Tell the haters to mind their own business. It is to be in the 70s this week in Pa We had frost again last night. Keep up the Great work
I would love to be your patreon member. Let me know please. Love you guys! I totally enjoy all of your videos. I look forward to Sundays and now will look for the next video on Wednesday your green house video.
Not being negative about your painting, but with as much as you do in white an airless sprayer would speed up your painting. Being someone that did remodeling I have a big airless sprayer I used to prime walls before trim and flooring went in.
No we don't. I just drew the shapes on a piece of folded paper so each side would match. Then cut the shape out and traced on to the wood. Thank you for watching 😊
We sell on Etsy a lot. We also do the majority of our business on Wayfair.com. The internet is definitely something to look into if you aren't getting sales locally.
So about the painting, I bet, that viewer would love to have the money that your painting brings you. My dad use to say, “I betcha my betcha is better than your betcha I betcha”. Sure am glad spell check didn’t kick in.

It was really smart to buy the pieces for your manger to use them as templates. I loved all the projects you showed today!
Thanks! That was a big time saver!

Yeah me too-- really need a table saw and a planer and a jig saw and maybe a scroll saw and on and on--lol.

I love how you paint and stain Aaron. You’re the Man.
I was admiring how quickly and nicely you got those painted right when you started talking about the painting comment..
Omg Norman??? We loved in Mena AR for years!!! We loved that area! ❤❤❤

Thanks for the inspiration, I used the triangles and stuck them together to make the tree to march along the advent calendar. Happy holidays

Thank you for sharing your experience can I know where I can get numbers and signs for the boxes!
I make stencils on my Cricut. You can get number stencils and word stencils on Amazon. I hope this helps. Thank you for watching 😊
Dollar store sells them too.
Absolutely love your channel. You always share great projects. For the manger, how much more would you charge to add the 3 wise guys and a lamb? 🐑
We were thinking about $65 if we did the whole gang. Thank you so much for watching!
@@averystreetdesignstudio Sounds good 👍🏼 Thanks for the quick response!
Is it ok to ask about your tattoos? They all look very interesting. The one on your wrist especially.
We don't mind talking about our tattoos at all. Are you asking about mine or Cheryl's?

What kind of white paint do you use
Behr dead flat white.
Do you have plans for the angels?
No we don't. I just drew the shapes on a piece of folded paper so each side would match. Then cut the shape out and traced on to the wood. Thank you for watching 😊
How tall and wide did you make your xmas tree for the countdown board?
It was 3" x 2.5".
How do you sell your product . I have a hard time selling my product . Here in New Mexico nobody spends money

I bet you trim your beard with the reflection of that youtube plaque. That's fuckin hot af.
