Hi Noah, just got the SG version of these boot of the same size (11.5 wide). The boots actually fit even better! Seem a little tighter in the middle and have slightly more toe room without being any longer. Also the first edition create a crease at the line where the toes start, but these do not! Fit amazing!
PS. I got the Bright Lapis/Silver (Blue) version of these boots.

My current boots are the Puma future 1.4 and I where them lacelsss because I find it more comfortable. I also kind of want a leather boot for the first time so I can get the soft touch feel but I can’t decide between these 3.
Those are all great options! If you have thinner feet, you'll be fine in all of them! If you have slightly wider feet, I'd stay away from the Neo 3s 🤝

I would assume the US market as well! SO many people play on AG pitches nowadays, brands might do better giving the consumer bases a more AG focused soleplate 🔥

@Whoosh G I bought the normal fit and did the CR7 tub soak, they are quite comfortable, nice upper, but definitely snug on my wider foot (big toe). I am considering getting the wide as well to compare. Amazing speed boot, light weight, the strike zone softens up nicely and the lacing system is brilliant!
These are available with an AG stud-plate, now. All conical studs. I've only seen it in the new orange colorway, though.

I ordered these boots for the Christmas there very nice I have worn them about 2 times does upper on the boot stretch and become more lose and mould to your foot as they feel bit tight had to go up a half a size aswell

Hi Noah, how are these in comparison to the 442 v2 pro? I enjoy my 11pros and recently got myself a pair of predator accuracy .2 but finds that the touch on the ball is vastly different to that of a leather boot like my usual 11pro. However, I'm also aware that more and more brands are moving away from leather boots. Thanks a bunch..

My son has WIDE toebox, which I'm convinced is worse than having a wide midfoot when trying to fit into boots (he ends up loosing his toenails on his pinky toe from being crushed in the boot). This boot, in Wide, he said fit like a glove out of the box! Only problem, it destroyed his heel on first use...and I will say, I recommended these boots to 2 other players (I coach) and they had the same problem; one worked through it and loves them, and the other refuses to put them back on. So that's 3 for 3 who experienced "hot heels" from these. When training is less intense, my son still plans to take some time and slower break these in, but I wonder why the heel is such an issue.
I would recommend the low top laced model in wide fit 🤝
Noah I have a little bit of slippage in my shoes because of sweat. I’m not a fan of those thick grip socks. What would your recommendation be for thin grip socks or to get more grip in your shoes. Would Currex Insoles or different insoles be a solution ? Just was wondering thank you
I'd recommend either Nike Grip Socks or TruSox if you want thinner stuff!
Hey Noah, I’m currently playing with the Vapor 14 and it’s been a year or more already and it feels amazing but the boots is starting to break and unwearable so I’m thinking if I should get furon v7 or Vapor 15.
If you love the vapor, the 15 is a great boot! I prefer the v7 because of the width of my foot, and the Furon is Knit based, which feels incredible 🔥

Hey Noah, I am a bit torn between these and the future ultimates. Previously I have had ultra ultimates and the ultra 1.4s and the sole separated from the upper after about 5 months on both. Is the durability on the v7 pro better than these and better than the futures? I'd love to know if you continued using these after the review and how the durability was

I know that im getting a pair since they came out but unsure about the sizing… I have the speedflow.1 which I absolutely love 8.5 us and they are too big I have a tiny bit more space than the width of my thumb between my toe and the end of the boot. Would you recommend I pick these in a 8 or 7.5 ?
If you can try them on first, I definitely would! A thumbs amount of space is quite a lot, so maybe try going to a 8 🤔

Hey mate! The Furon v7 Wide is EXCELLENT for wide feet! A few others are: Phantom Ultra, Asics DS Light X Fly 4 (order from Ebay), NB Tekela v4 Wide, and Puma Future Z 1.4 (if you fit in them length wise) 🤝

That's up to you to decide mate! These are definitely less padded than most boots as they are a lightweight "speed" model!

The standard fit are definitely wider than the vapors, and the wide fit are even better for wide feet! 💙

I've read an article about the pros and cons of Furon V7 Pro and on the cons category it was stated that the boot had some QUICK cosmetic wear-and-tear along the sides. Does your pair have any wear-and-tear after these long months of use? Is the upper/material itself durable?
So far so good! The treatment on the upper isn't super crazy, so there's definitely a little wear, but I wouldn't worry at all about that! All boots wear after a lot of training/playing 👍🏼

is there much of a difference between the normal ones and the wide models? I see a good deal on a pair, I have slightly wide feet but the wide variation is out of stock
It's enough of a difference to tell on feet, but if you don't have crazy wide feet, you'll probably be just fine in the normal width version after some break in time!

I actually just purchased both the Furon and the Tekela in first edition models. (Havent recieved the furons yet)
But i havent played in them yet because i'm worried about the sizing.
I previously wore the Predator freak+ in a size 10. And they litterally killed my toes (To small)
My boots before the Freak+ were the Nike Magista Obras in a 10,5 (The were the perfect fit)
Now i purchased these in a 10,5.. And my big toe is right against the end of the shoe, litterally 0 space (Although there should be 0,5mm)
But yeah, im super conserned that they would also kill my toes although they are like 0,7 mm. bigger than my adidas were.
When i measure my foot its like 28,5 cm.
The insole of my adidas were like 28,3 cm (No wonder they killed me)
And the Tekelas are like 29 cm
If i go up to an 11 size they would be 29,5 cm.. Which for to me sounds to big :D

Is there a diffrence in sizing between the Tekelas and the Furons? Or are they the same fit wise?
I love a very close fit. (Therefore i took a 10 in the freak+ because 10,5 felt slippery in the heel)
But i'm conserned that the same thing will happen to my toes like it did with the Freak+
Thanks mate! I found the sizing of both the Furons and Tekelas to be right up at the edge of my toes in a 9US, but I prefer that kind of thing for the most part. No issues for me with break in or pain in that area either.

Honestly i really like the fit. Loved playing in them. But they absolutely destroy my heels, so i actually went ahead and bought another pair of tekelas instead (SG and FG).. I don’t know if its the anti slip heel or whatever.. But the Furons peel off my skin on my heels.
So for durability i can’t say.. my tekelas hold up perfectly.. so im assuming durability is Good on the Furons too.

I have NO IDEA how you fit into this boot considering you have wide feet! I bought a size 8 (true to size) and have worn them in training sessions at least 10 times and pick up sessions maybe 5 and they kill my feet still. I have pretty narrow feet. I’ve worn vapors exclusively for the past 7 years (size 8) and they fit perfectly but I wanted to give these a try but I got horrible blisters in the heel and they still fit way too tight on my foot. Length more than width. It’s horrible, I can’t wear them anymore😔
This is the wide fit version! I spent quite a lot of time wearing it and breaking it in 😅

I wouldn't! They're quite different in my opinion. Both knit based materials for the upper, but that's about it. Shape, fit, and feel are all different.

@@samuelmhp Furon is a speed boot, fits really close to the foot and very barefoot like. The GX is more of a control/power boot feel like the older Hypervenom generations. Still close to the foot feeling, but the GripKnit adds something special to striking the ball

These boots aren’t worth it at all.
Very weak and can’t handle more then a few sessions a week.
My sons boots glue came off in a few weeks and new balance replaced them which is great customer service but inferior product.
