Quickbloom uses slower Hydro application like Kokomi or Barbara, while Hyperbloom uses faster Hydro application (Like Yelan and XQ)

the "driver" in Quickbloom doesn't build full EM. instead, they build normal dps build. Hyperbloom needs full EM on the trigger

Quickbloom is just a variation of hyperbloom thats going for quicken, so you will always have a hyperbloom trigger (Kuki/Raiden) that builds full EM. And Alhaitham also builds the same (EM/Dendro/crit) in both variations. The difference is the amount of elemental applications not the builds

Hyperbloom = Xingqiu
A lot of bloom because a lot of hydro.
Quickbloom = Yelan
Bloom and Quicken at the same time because Yelan apply less hydro
