I got stupid lucky getting decent echoes for her, but lost to Chalcharo once so he's S1 and didn't get her weapon yet. Still good tho and considering I also got Yinlin and her weapon + 3 of the standard 5 star weapons I guess my account is fine :P I don't have Jiyan tho, maybe I'll get Jyan's former boss in the future since that's very likely to happen.

for me this doesn't seem like powercreep, it's like making a comparison between a shotgun and a AK47, Jinshi is a burst DPS, Calcharo and Jiyan are sustain DPS. Havoc Rover being a burst DPS can do Inferno Rider just as fast.

the way I use Jiyan, Jinhsi and Verina. It’s so good. Also Encore is an underrated dps. She’s a beast tbh.

so far, jiyan is better than calcharo and encore is better than jiyan, jinshi better than all of them

Solo Jihnshi should be significantly weaker since she relies on coordinated attacks and her intro skill to build forte and to enter her special mode so the fact she's on par with the other two solo is pretty crazy.

On a multiple wave, crowded enemies content Jiyan's still stronger than anything 💪

Just wait though, eventually we WILL GET an endgame mode where we compete with others' scores against bosses, of whom have elemental resistances and weaknesses, which we will be required to respect and build around. Kuro said ver 1 is the "easy mode area", where the bosses are weak (aside from tac holos which are more in line with what im talking about) as well as mechanically simple and easy to understand (except for mourning aix that guy can go to hell)

honestly, you will need at least 3 main dps, 3 sub dps, and 3 support to finish tower of adversity so for me its not an issue who is more dps than others cause will need all of them eventually

They all look too dramatic but the JinSomething in white take it to absurd levels with her dragon spaming skill. Combat in this game is great but its starting to feel like I smash buttons and create damage-dealing cinematics...and its not that fun when its all that often.

Well, gacha games are like that, the newer ones do eventually powercreep the old. Either slowly or by introducing new gameplay mechanics that older ones have a hard time to manage or dont have the 'gimmick' to clear as quickly as the newer unit. Honestly, just play with whoever you like. I got Both Calcharo and Jiyan and have spent time to built them, they do pretty good dmg too. Currently focusing on leveling uo their talents and stuff. And i want Changli next, so will farm for her.
