    My lowest TCGPlayer market price is currently my pre-sale price of $1.98 for my upcoming Commander: Streets of New Capenna printing; otherwise, it's $2.08 for my Modern Masters 2015 printing.

    I just built a trelasarra deck and Relic vial is very powerful in the deck, the card draw is good, you get an ability(life drain) normally only in W/B in G/W and a counter on your commander, plus it can be a win con if you have a sac outlet.

    Also if you have cleric class adding scurry oak is a 34 cents infinite combo if you have one of your gain life of creature enters the battlefield out. INFINITE SQUIRRELS

    I love sunscorch regent, used to play it when I first got into magic during dragons of tarkir. While it's a target for removal, it's hysterical how big it can get, I've easily gotten it to like 12 or 13.

      So true, I have sunscorch in my Liesa and I’ve once managed to get it to a 48! Of course it was removed before I could even swing with it but it does provide a good distraction against the life drain effect of Liesa

    I'd consider adding Shield of the Oversoul to make your commander bigger, indestructible, and evasive (flying). I've got it in my Jetmir deck and it is a great and underused card.

    I assume that Heliod, Sun Crowned wasn’t mentioned for budget reasons, but anyone who can spare the change for it will be well rewarded. Not only does it distribute counters for your team, but it also can give something lifelink in the event your running low on life gain effects

    Resourceful defense is a new upcoming card that you can put in it as well. Umezawa's jitte is also good. So apparently it synergizes with the other artifact where you take damage remove charge counter by moving all those charge counters with resourceful defense onto jitte and removing counters from jitte to gain life in instances. Combined with a shadowspear and it's gg. Just know that resourceful defense could move counters so you can swing in with lethal with other creatures and sneak in damage.

    Do you play the other sides of Skyclave Cleric and Sejiri Shelter as lands for this deck? I assume so since they are not mentioned in the video and they appear under “Lands” in the deck list. But why bother since they come in tapped? Why not just play basic lands instead?

    I'm tinkering with the concept of building a tiny leaders deck with Trelesara that can be converted into a commander deck and vice versa. Just take out all the ramp and cards over 3 cmc. Would be kinda difficult to pull off, but what's more budget than two decks in one?

If nothing else attended healer is super super powerful and needs more love

      The TCG Player links have costs if you add them to a cart. You can always delete things from your cart or use the optimizer option. Picked mine up for cheaper than the cost of a precon deck on TCG.

  • @KidDarkness83

    whenever i try to buy these decks on tcg, it separates them into a billion different venders and I would end up paying 35 dollars for cards and 80 dollars for shipping, anyone know how i get around that?

    • @jacobh4077
      @jacobh4077 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is why I stopped using TCGPlayer unfortunately. Unless you get all the cards from a single vendor and cut shipping down to just 1 shipper, I dont think there is a way around it. I go through card kingdom now because even with the mark up, it's cheaper, faster, and less packages.

      If you use the cart optimizer and turn "keep seller" on, it will narrow it down to way less packages. I can usually get mine down to 2-3 packages. You save BIG on shipping doing this.

    ...Yeah, that's what I thought.

    • @benzpinto
      @benzpinto 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      the purpose of the lifegain in this deck is not just purely to extend your life but to grow you commander and access better cards via scry so you can quickly end the game with commander damage, hopefully.

      Life gain isn't about becoming huge with life but using that life for other things. Gaining a lot of life and one shotting people with aetherflux resorvoir is always an option. Most of the time people will end up comboing you out instead of hitting you because you have so much life.

  • @ericorange2654
    @ericorange2654 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Whoever suggested this card BOOOOOO!
    You all all the other monsters who always play boring life gain decks in Arena.
    Life gain is for the most part bad, you don’t win by gaining life most of the time you are just stalling with it.
    “Oh but what about Aetherflux Reservoir and Felidar Sovereign”
    Yea yea them and the other exceptions cool, life gain is bad. I’m sorry you have been tricked into thinking having more life means you are winning. Wizards keeps printing more and more life gain mechanics in standard to try and make the bad strategy work because new players are attracted to it. Stalling out games with life gain and half a dozen triggers per life gain is not a direction magic should be going.

    • @Themadwollf
      @Themadwollf 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      especially in commander (which this is designed for) there are so many ways to win besides getting them to 0 life... also, it's very easy to have Trelasarra as a 21/21 by turn 5 or 6, and then swing in for lethal unblockable/trample commander damage.

    • @elisec5999
      @elisec5999 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      There are some fun win cons in this one. Mitch and Eddie build excellent decks!
      There are also many ways to beat life gain decks. Commander damage or an aristocrats strategy are good ones. Maybe exchange life totals with them with Beledros Witherbloom and spend all their life to untap your lands over and over.
